Absolutely fantastic service. The food is always fresh and well cooked, and not to mention the customer service. Bryan always treats me with respect and even gives me samples to try. Guy definitely deserves a promotion. Regardless, the food is always on point and I absolutely recommend sliding by this location.

Called for 30 minutes to place an order since online ordering was unavailable. No one answered. I showed up and the place was empty of customers and had 7 staff workers inside. When I went inside I called back and asked why the phone wasn’t ringing and no one was answering. The lady said “we were busy so we disconnected the phones.” I immediately walked out.

Great food and great flavors. This location just opened up and was so busy! We ordered online and it took about an hour for our food to be ready but it was a Sunday night and absolutely PACKED with people there. The staff were polite, even with some difficult customers at the front. I’m sure once the hype dies down the wait times will also decrease. I’m looking forward to going again!

Food was meh. The service, wait time, management, and problem resolution were horrendous. Ordered directly through Wingstop’s website for delivery. They apparently contract the deliveries through Door Dash. Driver only delivers half our order an hour after we put in the order. We text him that we are missing food and he tells us that is all he was given (the bag even says 1 of 2). I call Wingstop and it takes 40 minutes on hold to even speak to a person. They tell me “oh yea we have the food here, can you come get it?” No…we ordered delivery for a reason. I asked if they could contact someone at Door Dash to deliver the rest of our food. I’m put on hold. They get a manager on the phone who says “honestly I have no idea what we can do – I will call you back in 5 minutes”. I hang up…45 minutes goes by. We call again. Another 15 minutes on hold. They said they were working on it still. We say we just want to cancel the rest and give us a refund. Seemed like they didn’t want to, but agreed to refund the full amount. A week went by and still no refund…

I’ve never ordered from wingstop before and was very unsure of what to get. The cashier was so nice and offered to walk me through the process. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food! I followed the cashiers recommendation and got spicy Korean and hot honey. It was amazing defo coming back again!!

The reviews are so mixed but I always had a good experience every time I went. I was handed the wrong bag one time and they were able to make the correct food for me. As for people complaining about the wait, it’s not uncommon to wait 45 mins during a rush so I’m not sure why people were expecting it to be 15 mins wait. I only had to wait about 15mins each time I ordered takeout. They had just opened as well so it makes sense that they are still working out the kinks, but I love this place down!

Came into wingstop for the first and wasn’t disappointed the cashier was very friendly and helpful there isnt a lot of wing places nearby and I didn’t know the menu I’m a indecisive person who has anxiety when ordering but they made it very easy and the food didn’t take long I will be coming again

He must be eating all the wings cause there’s no reason why my food took several hours … no response from them and had to go through 6 dashers because they “couldn’t find my food” because someone “picked it up” as a business you should be paying attention so that dosent happen and if it does you should remake the food? Which they didn’t want to do. From my understanding it was a bunch of teens fooling around in the kitchen.
