It was our first visit and Kristine was so helpful and explained everything, we got a few samples! Was so pleased that they use fresh fruit so I got the Sarasota concrete Sunset flavor and it was like a thick fresh berry shake! My wife got a mint hot fudge sundae and really enjoyed hers too! We for sure will be coming back to visit!

I was craving ice cream and went on a whim to try it out. I got the chocolate custard in a waffle cone. It was really good, the service was fantastic and the custard was a great texture. I had a lovely

Personally, I did think it was very overpriced at $6+ for two small scoops of ice cream in a cone. I would probably go more often if it was less expensive, in the future I will only go for specific celebrations.

Stopped for lunch today. I ordered the Deluxe Parmisian Chicken Panini. I had the 1/2 panini instead of the full sandwich. The deluxe has added Alfredo sauce. The sandwich was good, but a bit more marinara sauce would have made it better. The real treat is the ice cream. I had a small hot fudge sundae with the vanilla hard serve ice cream. It hit the spot on a hot day. My wife had the Dismal Swamp ice cream on a cone. She really liked it. The counter people were very friendly.

It was overall really a clean restaurant. Came here for the first time two days ago. I didn’t know what to expect. The person at the front was super helpful. I ended up getting a chicken panini and s’mores custard. Only thing I would say the s’mores custard was okay. Wasn’t a fan but I should have gotten something different. The panini was bomb and I ate it all. They also had games for people to play and hang out. My brothers and I played sorry and hung out for awhile. I would recommend to anyone in orrville or going through orrville

Grand opening weekend. Very good custard & nice thick milkshakes. Inside is cute and modern. I love that they have comfy outdoor seating with music. The only bad thing is the limited menu but I did read that they are going to expand that later. So glad to have an actual ice cream place here.

I need to be over the top impressed with a business in order to take the time to write a review. We stopped in at Orr Valley for the first time this summer and we were certainly impressed with the ice cream, food and especially the customer service. Matt was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful in guiding us through all of the selections. Not only was the ice cream top tier, but the chicken sandwich with honey mustard has no words to describe how amazing it was. Nothing else compares. For excellent customer service, great ice cream and delicious food, Orr Valley has it all.

An absolutely adorable creamery located in Oraville. Plenty of parking the inside is cute, welcoming and warming. The ice cream is exceptional! The staff is friendly and polite!! Give this place a shot next time you’re craving great ice cream or something to eat!
