Walked in & made a to-go order. The place was cute inside, and the girls working the counter were friendly. Steak tacos were great, & I loved being able to get multiple salsas/sauces to try. The green salsa is SO good! Great pricing & got my order quickly, too.

Delicious food!!! My husband and I stop through chattanooga a couple times a year and we are always trying new places and this place is amazing. We will definitely be coming back. We shared the Hawaiian Fajitas and honestly there was enough for 3 people I feel like. The sauces they brought out were amazing but I forgot to ask what the names were because mannnn I could have taken home gallons of it . The waitress was so nice and sweet.

We had a pretty large group, about 10 people and they were able to accommodate all of us inside by pushing some tables together. I had the Orden de Tacos and it was really good. The cilantro, onions, and guacamole tasted fresh. Look for the green and red hot sauces, they made the food taste even better. For me, I especially like the green hot sauce. Prices are affordable and taste is authentic. I recommend this place.

This place is right next to another taco place that might be better with friendly service. The customer service wasn’t the best and didn’t seem all that kind.
The flour tortillas were pretty on point. It’s very soft and one of the best I’ve had. I guess the only issue with the tortillas was that they weren’t consistent. Some were warm and soft but some were hard and crunchy. But if you happen to come across the soft ones then wow. You’re going to keep wanting more. The meat on the inside of the tacos were alright. I tried the ground beef, steak, chicken, and barbacoa. The barbacoa was the best meat out of the all of them. It was very tender and easy to eat while the others were crunchy.

We eat here at least once a week. It is truly what is referred to as a hole in the wall restaurant. Small but mighty in flavor and authenticity. The tostadas are my husband’s favorite. At other places, the shell is soggy from the beans. Not here! The Shells are delightfully crunchy and stay that way until you are finished. Loaded with meat, lettuce, tomato, and authentic crumbled cheese. My favorite is the mini quesadilla with beans and rice. 3 quesadilla’s cooked with your choice of meat – steak, chicken, ground beef or cheese. I also love the enchiladas as it has a wonderful green sauce over the dish. Today I had the hurraches which has a base of naan, thin layer of beans, choice of meat, lettuce,, tomato, cheese, cilantro, and sour cream. The naan fresh and the light layers melded together so each bite was balanced so one ingredient never overwhelmed the dish. Don’t let the size scare you or the condition of the restaurant – it is a bit run down. They do well on health inspections so no worries there.

Food was not good. After telling her it wasn’t good. She said it’s nothing she can do about it. Spent 18 on four tacos to not be able to eat one of them. Asked for some chips she said that’s a dollar. Didn’t try to correct the problem just said it’s nothing she can do and my taste must be off cause they food good. Meat hard, tough, not season. Customer services was good when we first arrived but after it sucked! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here unless u want a good strong coke!

This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant. Best everything. Guacamole is amazing. Good selection of salsas which are very tasty, from mild to real hot. Great food, no alcohol.

This is a great authentic Mexican taqueria. The food was delicious and had completely authentic flavors that caters to the demographic that would know what real flavors from Mexico are supposed to be.
The service was excellent, and the atmosphere took me back to Los Barilles or El Sargento. It’s old enough to show it’s been around, but in spite of its minor flaws, you can tell the proprietor puts in work. The colors and patina of the tables, floors, and walls are as authentic as the flavor of the food.
For gringos like me, this is as close as crossing the border experience as you can get. If you want good authentic Mexican food for a reasonable price, with authenticity of ambience, seek this place out.
