My child pulled black hair out of their cheeseburger. We also ordered milk. My kid immediately cried that it was nasty so when I asked him for it, it was WARM! Like it had been sitting out for days. Horrible. This place is dirty and clearly not up to codes serving warm milk.

Whenever we see a Dairy Queen, we love to stop and get a chocolate dip cone.
We have been to this Dairy Queen on several occasions year after year hoping for improvement. Our favorite is the chocolate dip cone. There has not been one time that we have been served a decent dip cone. Every time they hand the cone out the window with chocolate running down the cone with the no napkin around it. Then they give us napkins with chocolate on them. I have continued to go whenever in Meridian, hoping that management would one day teach the employees how to do a dip cone correctly, but that has never happened with us, and yet to see it. We visit Dairy Queen’s all over the states when we travel, but this one is the worst on “Dip Cones.” Most Dairy Queen’s have a smooth ice cream. This Dairy Queen in Meridian ice cream is like ice milk. Also the ladies bathroom need attention and cleaning.

I asked for a plain ice cream with sprinkles. They couldn’t even get that right. If that doesn’t say enough about the staff at the Dairy Queen then be my guest and try it out for yourself.

Ordered an ice cream cake through the app. When I went to pickup there were none in stock. The lady acted like it was a huge ordeal to make one so I decided I just wanted a refund and I’d pick one up at Baskin Robbin’s. She told me I’d have to go through the app for a refund so I left. Went to the app with no success even after calling the DQ 1800 number. Said I had to go to the store for a refund because it was showing I picked up the cake. ….had to dispute the charge with my bank and finally got my money back over a month later.

Sunday 5/25/2025; I have NEVER in my 55 years had such bad service, we stopped here coming from George going back to Texas, we ordered about 85 dollars’ worth of food, the burger I ordered had NO meat on it, I asked the young lady where on your menu does it say you serve vegetarian burgers b/c I didn’t order that. She made another burger and put it in the microwave. My granddaughter said, ‘No wonder my mayonnaise was hot; her burger was microwaved too.’ The drinks were FLAT. The driver thru person came from behind the counter and she had on some house shoes that was filthy as can be, she headed to the little shed on the side of the building and came back with some supplies thrown over her shoulders, what a NASTY place. I usually take photos, my husband says I complain too much, so I didn’t take any. KEEP DRIVING!!!!!! IT WAS DISGUSTING.

Not great on the sliding scale of DQ’s. Ordered 2 Peanut Buster parfaits and there were 3 glaring issues; the normally smooth ice cream was VERY icy, the employee used chocolate syrup instead of fudge, lastly (which I’m glad they some left of syrup out) they put a layer of chocolate at the top and at the bottom with no middle “parfait”. Not a good experience.

The food was nasty, and the staff was far from friendly… the only reason I gave them two stars on service is because of the one lady who was being nice to us, who took our order from the drive thru even though we were in the dining room. It’s just not good… The store was also very hot. They have a box fan on the front counter. There were several flies and other insects present. They had the tv blaring BET… I can’t believe we spent $20+ on that!!!!
