As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The man working was staring extremely rudely and loudly side when we walked up to order, and then was extremely rude when giving us our food… Our fries are completely burnt and an inedible. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!

“NO REFILLS”
& FYI…. don’t bother complaining about your order being incorrect. They won’t fix it. Even w receipt. But I wasn’t ever given that either..

Place needs to be shut down in my opinion. I’ve tried twice in the last 6 months and they are rude as can be. They are out of food every time I go and today I went for the spicy chicken sandwich, guess what, they are out with no sign on the menu so I got to sit in the drive through line for 15 min and lost my lunch break without getting to eat. Not a happy camper today! I wouldn’t have had to sit in that line if I knew they were out when I pulled up but by the time they came to the order speaker there were 5 cars behind me. Never again will I try to go to this location.

Haven’t even tried my food yet but Checkers rarely disappoints. Came here to say it feels like forever since I’ve come across a pleasant, well spoken person who seems to appreciate their job especially in the fast food industry. Thank you Stephani for your attitude at work. You made my day better. Give this woman a raise!

They were having some issues on the day we went. They could only accept cash. Turned out fine since I happened to have enough on me but I felt bad for the car behind me who got trapped in the drive through line. Food took a very long time despite having no special requests. And the food was rather bland. It’s been a while since I’ve had Checkers and maybe that’s why we never go. The staff was friendly. I hope they got their day got better.

Fries were old and “reheated”, bread was stale, chicken patty was hard. Not a thing was fresh. Had to turn around and go back to get rest of order they forgot. We didn’t expect a 5 star meal, but how hard is it to use a fryer?
