I love the Roy location. The food is a great value but the service/employees are AMAZING. They are friendly, polite, and always professional. I ordered a bag of 5 burgers at lunch time ate a couple they were just fine I opened a third and it had no meat patty on it. I ordered 2 with no cheese and the the rest regular cheese burgers. I was honestly surprised and disappointed in the same time. For the wait the food wasn’t warm and should’ve had a meat patty in my thinking mistakes happen but waiting 15 mins for food and getting this shouldn’t be a thing.

This place is always amazing. I always get the right food and it’s always hot and delicious. The service is always quick and the workers are always kind. You can tell the manager really cares about his customers and employees. I see him up and talking to people almost every time I come here. If you want a clean and reliable place to get great service and great food, this is the place to go.

Great food and amazing ice cream. They have a really big play area for kids. The restaurants floor needed a some mopping but everything else was very clean. Prices are very fair for these restaurants. They have very good fry sauce here.
