Manager needs to teach these kids about basic customer service principles at drive through. It’s consistent weekend nights we get this kid who doesn’t smile, doesn’t talk, and today forgot our pup cup. He also did not provide a receipt. Same young guy. Work is where you perform with good service not where you come to socialize. Get it together. Never going here again.

Just went in a couple minutes ago to order brownie blizzard. Asked for extra brownie bits and got charged the extra but it barely had any. The ice cream was going bad, it tasted sour as well. Tried to call the store and no pick up.

The ice cream sundaes have a tiny bit of hot fudge. Asked the manager for a bit more since there was hardly any. He refused. The most horrible service from a manager.

I ordered a Oreo blizzard and was eating it with my friend until this young lady with glasses who was working commented that us customers need to “help clean the restaurant” sarcastically and that “they know we close at 10” rudely. I was shocked to hear what she said. I did not appreciate that and think she should’ve kept it to herself. I understand her frustration but that is absolutely unacceptable!

Went in @ 9:50 just wanted a sundae and to use the bathrooms. Tried to walk in and doors were locked; cook in the back got upset that they let more people in; and bathrooms were closed because they already had cleaned and as a mom going through postpartum I was beyond upset that I couldn’t use the bathroom.
