I was very happy when they opened because I love their subs and the fresh meats. On the first day, the service was good—a white gentleman helped me and he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. However, after that, I went back 3 or 4 times and my order was incorrect each time. I also had to wait a long time, and I noticed employees opening the subs after they were made and wrapped because they seemed confused and unsure of what they were doing. They definitely need more training.

5 stars! I like the chain, and this store is the best I’ve been in yet! Everything was very clean, and though the space is smaller than some stores, my friend and I ate there and were comfortable the whole time. Staff members were friendly, considerate, and very helpful! The manager, Buddy, was a delight! So professional and charismatic, with kind eyes and a friendly smile! He was generous enough to come to our table to ask about our experience, and he answered all of my friend’s questions. Our food came out in a timely manner and was perfectly prepared–even though we asked for special modifications for two hot subs! My friend and I agree — we’ll never go to Subway again! Looking forward to our next trip to Jersey Mike’s in South Boston, VA!

I used the mobile app hoping it would be faster than going in. My order was 30 mins late getting made got home and it was a completely wrong order. They need to pay attention. From now on we will drive to Roxboro NC because our order is always correct. People spend a lot of money and expect a decent dinner.

Was there on a Sunday, ordered online with a pick up time of 11:26. Got there at 11:30, gave name to person at register… “it’s not ready.”. No verification of our order. 15min later, still not ready. 15mins later, still not ready, then asked what was going on. “We’re busy” with still no one verifying the order. Meanwhile the line cycled twice and multiple people got their online orders. Obviously our order was misplaced and a simple courteous “let me look into it” would have cleared it up, but instead we met with eye rolls, disrespect and attitude like we were the problem. The hot subs were ice cold and obviously had been laying around. Had an awesome experience opening night and subs were amazing. This experience makes me not want to return.

Absolutely love the food but the service last night was awful. There were three girls working last night and they made a big deal when we came in . Sure we came in a little later 45 minutes till close, but at least be professional about it. Did not even get a chance to order . Felt very disrespected and disappointed.

Completed a mobile order at 5:56 on a Friday night, got there around 6:10 to give them a few minutes to complete the order. Went up and asked if the order for our name was ready, they said not yet. We sat at a table for about 30 minutes while multiple people that went through the line after we got there received their orders and other mobile orders were completed. Went up to the counter and asked for our order again, a different employee from the previous one then gave us our order and said we should have given our name when we got there (which we did as previously stated). They never called out our name for our order, then made it seem like it was our fault that we had been waiting. They seemed to be more concerned with joking around with each other than actually helping people. There were multiple people in our position (waiting for a good amount of time) that probably also got lukewarm, soggy, sandwiches. THAT WERENT EVEN CORRECT. Very disappointed because I do like Jersey Mikes.

I went to the South Boston restaurant today and was highly satisfied. The sub was fresh and flavorful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast. It was an overall excellent experience, and I look forward to coming back.
