Everyone is always pleasant. They help me with deciding on my spice level, and it’s always perfect! We have never had a bad experience here. It’s our absolute favorite Thai restaurant. We have Thai places closer to us, but will gladly drive over an hour to come here. Thank you!!!

It’s always the best dining experience when I come to Vermont and we go out for breakfast/brunch! We end up ordering the same every time, but it is just sooo good! I love the bacon and Cheddar cheese omelet (which I order with rye bread, served with a thin layer of delicious butter), and the rest of my friends usually go for the Café Skillet, which is a mixture of eggs (cooked as you wish), home fries, Vermont Cheddar, bacon, ham, sausage and veggies, cooked deliciously (with toasts and butter too!). Prices are honestly good for the great quality you get there. I always repeat and will undoubtedly come back!

Good food and good people, laid back atmosphere. The locals and staff joking with each other. They used to be open for dinner all week I wish they were still.

A bit crowded and might have a bit of a wait as their breakfast are delicious and the portions are huge.

This place is excellent. It is a completely rebuilt manor house from the 1800’s. Good food, cheap, with a great menu.

Corned beef was dry and hard as if it were made with jerky meat and then fried. The biscuits and gravey was oddly made with Italian instead of breakfast sausage and the biscuits were stale in some places and were too hard to even eat in the rest. Then the burrito we got was simply bland with all of the flavor coming from the “salsa” on it. Waitress was really nice, but also so busy that she pretty much asked us a question or grabbed the cash as she walked by. It was a pretty bad breakfast.

Outstanding…absolutely outstanding! Our entire family loves the Carriage House and we try to have as many meals as is possible there every time we’re in Vermont. (Their hours make that really easy as they’re open a lot!) The seafood chowder is delicious, as is every single other item we’ve had from their menu. The service is also fantastic. We’re so happy to have discovered this jewel of a place in Derby and will be back again soon. 🙂
