Social Profile:

We are a small, independent, chef-driven restaurant where the food is serious, the wine list is world-class, and the room is alive. Recognized by Wine Spectator and DiRōNA, we focus on thoughtful cuisine, an adventurous cellar, and a craft cocktail bar that’s meant to be enjoyed — not whispered over. We’re not white-tablecloth fine dining. We’re a place for people who love great food, great wine, and a little fun with their night out. Open since 2014, come for a full dinner, or just sit at the bar for a drink and a bite — either way, you’ll be taken care of. We have a beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by tropical foliage and a mural by local artist Illsurge.

Chic, modern restaurant featuring New American dinners with a global twist, plus wines & craft beer.

Great dining experience at the cook and the cork | Coral Springs, FL

One of our favorites. I love their caviar preparation.|I love that place, too! But, I would not exactly call it a hole in the wall.

I’ve lived in Coral Springs for so long & can’t believe I haven’t come here sooner. The ribs were so tender & juicy, the bolognese was flavorful & delicious, the sticky thai chicken bites were so good! For our first time here I can definitely say we’ll be back!

I visited this location during Dine Out Lauderdale. The place was buzzy, but cozy – perfect for small groups, date night, or sitting at the bar. I would recommend making a reservation before going to ensure sitting on arrival.

Although the place was busy during my visit, the staff was attentive: refilling glasses, clearing tables, and taking orders.

I was surprised at the depth of flavor in our food! For starter, we had the tempura shrimp and ribs. Entree: glazed short rib and Korean Fried chicken. Dessert, the vanilla creme brulee was the winner. Cocktail: gin paloma

I would revisit to try their other menu items!

Favorite local restaurant!! The flavors, the vibe, the cocktails! Perfect balance between neighborhood charm and culinary creativity. Soft tempura shrimp, Tamari-honey glazed short rib and Korean fried chicken!!! And a crazy good bread pudding with vanilla ice cream!! Best restaurant of the area by far!! ⚡️

We had a wonderful experience dining here. A quaint, personable, friendly, tasty night with great company! The bacon covered dates were recommended in reviews and we did like it! Jordan our waiter was very pleasant and knowledgable. Give them a try! (Make your reservation!)

I love this place. Definitely a neighborhood gem. They created a beautiful outdoor space. The Korean ribs were tender and tasty. The pork chops were well cooked and seasoned. Our server Chris was excellent. Gets busy, so recommend a reservation.

Know those places where EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious? This is one of them! I’ve had Korean Fried Chicken before but this was on a whole other level. The boneless beef short ribs were soooo succulent. My mouth is watering just remembering them!

I was there on a Saturday and it was pretty difficult to get seated without a reservation. Luckily we had one so we didn’t wait longer than five minutes. There is indoor and outdoor seating and the place out back is really cute. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice spot for date night.

I really like The Cook and The Cork. Their food is always delicious and the service is attractive. They have a cute outdoor seating area as well. I do wish they would change or add some of their regular menu items. It seems the standard items have been on their menu for a while. I do highly recommend the restaurant.

In a word: Exceptional. Certainly an exceptionally rare find, worth every penny. Francisco warmly greeted and seated us promptly, and introduced us to Jordan who assured every element of our experience left nothing to chance. Each item was artistically presented and delightfully tasteful. An excellent wine and liquor collection, cozy ambiance and their own free private parking area only added to the experience. Reservations are recommended—especially in season, but not absolutely required. This spot should be on everyone’s must-visit restaurants list for South Florida. One last thing… As eclectically odd as this may seem: you need to check out the restrooms, LOL—even there, one finds a surprising amount of creativity in design— you’ll see what I mean. Do visit this wonderful restaurant.

I’ve had The Cook and The Cork on my radar for some time now, and yesterday was the day. I evaluate my experience based on food 1st, service 2nd and atmosphere 3rd. First impression upon entering, it was cozy and dark but energetic as the acoustic in the room can probably use some sound dampening. Service was above average as it was swift and attentive but not overbearing, and questions were addressed and suggestions made. Now, the food, looking at the menu, many items were alluring, so we ordered a few things first and more later if we were still tempted or hungry. Of the several items we’d tried, presentations i think it was good, unfortunately, the taste didn’t exactly match what it’d looked like. The “KFC” came out looking great, and i like that it’s boneless and crispy and tender but also tasted pasty as if I’m tasting the batter? Maybe it should have been cooked a bit longer?? This dish is supposed to be award winning, so what went wrong here? The spicy cucumber salad that came on the side was also way too spicy. My company did like the wasabi mash. Short ribs sou vied for 36hrs, sure it was tender, but it killed the consistency of what ribs taste like… steak and not chicken. Tuna crispy rice is one of my favorite dishes but not here, the rice could have been crispier. I do appreciate the menu and what the chef is trying to do, but regrettably, it’s not for me.
