The staff were friendly and helpful! It was my first time stopping in and I couldn’t decide what to get. They recommended their traditional pupusas which I got the revuelta (pork), beef birria, and the Ajo (garlic). While they were all very tasty and filling if you like cheese and garlic the ajo was definitely my favorite of the three!

I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and am always impressed! The enchiladas salvadorenas are one of my favorites. Chicharron burrito is unbelievable, add some plantains to it and you won’t be disappointed. The staff are awesome, too. Welcoming, kind, and helpful.

Went to Minneapolis for a weekend trip and this was my favorite restaurant we went to! Everything we ordered was not only so delicious and flavorful, but also affordably priced. Our server was super sweet too- they don’t sell Diet Coke, but she gave me her own can for free! They deserve way more patronage; I definitely hope to be back one day to try more of the menu.

Awesome find in a cute, semi-hidden spot. The pupusas were delicious – I especially loved the loroco and the garlic fillings and the sauce that comes with them. The staff are also super friendly and the servings were large for the price. Would come back next time I’m in the area.

This is the great restaurant I have been to in uptown. The staff is amazing the food is phenomenal. The owner Abi is great she is there to talk to her guests and really puts a smile on our face. Everyone should go and try the food and see for themselves on how amazing this place is

I splurged and had the carne asada as my meal, one pupusa chicharrón as an appetizer and the buñuelos con helado for dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious but what really stood out were the fresh corn tortillas. Hands down the best tortillas I ever had, which of course make the pupusas so special too. Definitely worth coming back and trying more items on the menu.

Abi’s is easily one of my favorite restaurants in MN. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, the food is just like a mom or a grandma serving you a plate at home, it’s fresh and it’s always great quality. Abey‘s restaurant serves as a community staple and I would be lost without them! Thank you Abis for being an amazing restaurant and thank you for all that you do ALSO for our community.
