Love it, great staff. They speak english and Spanish. Brand new place, missing proper air conditioning. They have fans but it can still seem hot when you get there. Restroom quality could be better. Overall worth for the food, everything looks good.

The place was good! I liked the girl that served us. I got a salmon with cream cheese and cucumber. it’s just when i had my sushi the rice was… sour? Like a bad sour. I think the rice was expired or old, im not sure. I was happy to try the sushi here but i was just disappointed.. The salmon was okay, little weird tasting. The cucumber? 10/10 they but like a cute rose cucumber thing. i love cucumber. anyways yeah, it was mediocre.

I ordered a tuna roll and veggie tempura. Both were delicious. So nice to find a Japanese restaurant that has great portion size on the veggie tempura.

Where to start? Service, the workers here were extremely nice and helpful. Could tell they were under a lot of stress but they still kept their cool. Albeit, this was the grand opening but a rush should be expected and they should have ample staff to start out. Got in at 12:10pm and ordered to go. Didn’t get my food till about 1:10pm and I only had 3 items.
I ordered a calexico roll, chicali roll and teriyaki chicken. The two rolls I ordered were part of their breaded rolls. The calexico roll seemed to be overpowered by the cucumber instead of all the flavors mixing in well, maybe that’s how this roll is supposed to be? The roll also was pretty big much larger than I expected. So on one end you are getting your money’s worth on the size of the roll, on the other it was too big and had too much bread instead of being lightly breaded. Wasn’t really a fan. The teriyaki bowl wasn’t great. The bowl tasted like it was drenched in teriyaki sauce instead of a subtle or even mid level flavor. Giving them a 3 star mostly since it was the first day and I’m sure lots of things will change and hopefully their staff and chef will have time to speed up and correct things.

I mean first if all, look at the piece of sushi on the right, thats not sushi thats a rice ball, not only was it extremely bland, but theres almost no ingredients inside except cucumber and some cream cheese. Second thing is, Chicken on a sushi roll? are you kidding me? I might as well make chicken and rice at home. this is the worst sushi Ive ever tried in my life. Do not be fooled by the food trays they sell, in the pictures it seems like they give you a lot of teriyaki, but its just a thin layer of meat on top of a MOUNTAIN of flavorless rice.

The sushi isn’t really sushi it’s extremely heavy and lost in the flavors the Monterey jack cheese is a no no and the rice was not sticky it was mushy and old tasting. The waitress couldn’t even recommend anything because she was too high. When I eat sushi I expect to feel great after not lazy as if I ate 3 cheeseburgers and a pizza. Not worth the money.

I really DO NOT!!! Recommend this sushi place. WORST $ 85 dollars i have ever spent in a Restaurant like this!!! I envited 2 Friends and were very DISSATISFIED and were even overcharged!!!! For Horrible Food that is Not Genuine Original Sushi.
Very Bad, Food, & Horrible Service.
Yakisoba, tasted over cooked, Burned, and just absolutely BAD all around, Not only is not good food but there prices do not reflect their poor Quality Food.
To Top it all Off . They are also Rude …
Save ur self the disappointment and just go somewhere else…

Last time I’ll ever go, a few hours after dining in for dinner with my girlfriend, I realized I got food poisoning from a teriyaki roll I ate there… I’m glad my girlfriend didn’t touch my plate or else we would of both gone through it. I can recall the bacon being odd looking, just by remembering how it looked upsets my stomach, I endured rea and vomito till 1am. Excellent service and ok looking place but man I cannot go again.

Worst sushi I ever had. Basically, it’s a rice roll with a hard to find micro-filling, that’s served with a fork. They do not know what miso soup is, wasabi, or green tea. The only thing Japanese about this place is the name.
I asked if they could just find a cup and heat up their regular ice tea in the microwave for me, but that was more than their kitchen could handle.
I would never go back. The atmosphere resembles a Home Depot, thanks to blindingly bright lighting and the ice cold temperature (winter time.)
My excitement about a sushi place in town turned into a mild stomach ache.

Used to be a good place to eat. Serving times are way too long, even when no one else is in the dining room, and the place smells like they clean with a dirty rag. To top it off the prices are way too high for the quality of food. Expect to come out with an 80-100 dll bill for 3 people.
