If you ever order here please double, triple check your bag to make sure all of your food is in there, 8nstead of getting all the way home and realizing your missing a hole meal. Thus will be the second time I did an online order and didn’t receive some items that I paid for. I don’t see how you can mess a order up when you have enough time to pack it being its a online order and the restaurantisn’tany busy. I will not be ording from this hardees again, I’m tired of wasting money on food that I order to realize its not in my bag when getting home.Train your workers better, customers shouldn’t be missing food that they paid for, if you can’t do something as simple as that just close the restaurant down….

Just shut the doors… Or hit reset with a new build, a new salary structure, and a new crew. Yes, I could have given one star to each category, but the food was edible, and the place was clean as used-up can be. The service, from the manager, nonetheless, was terrible. No more for us until I see new lights burning. This place has been sad for too long…

The drive through person is ,almost every visit, very short and rude. The person taking the order rushes you and acts annoyed that you are even ordering food. I don’t need to know about your staffing problems and how big the previous order was when I come through but they will tell you while being annoyed you added to it.

Just left the drive thru with an original thick burger combo. The fries were cold and the burger was a freaking mess! There was so much mayonnaise and mustard on this thing, when I bite into it the burger slid out! Not to mention the horribly wilted lettuce. I’m so disappointed in Pittsboro Hardee’s. I don’t go there often but once in a while I get a hankering for a burger. Well I’m not going back!

I went to this Hardees a few days ago around 10:15 a.m through the drive thru. They actually served me left over chicken tenders. I went in to inform them that the tenders were not fresh. I handed the cashier the remaining tenders and she replace with the photo you see. Why would you sell leftover food from the night before. I will not be going back to this establishment!!!

Waited 25 minute in the drive through awaiting someone to talk and serve us. When she came to the comms she was super rude and short. Waited 35 minutes in total in the drive through to get ordered and our food. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else.
