I originally went to another Starbucks but with, im not kidding, at least 50 people in line for red cup day and the line not even moving after sitting there for 18 minutes, I decided to try another location and went to this location. I cant even tell you how fast this location was serving people. They were moving along so quickly even with the long line of cars. I was in the line, ordered, paid and got my drinks in less than 10 minutes and they were so nice at the window and had a smile even though I know today was probably stressful for the workers. Thank you for the great service and delicious drink.

I came to this location for a business meeting and was waiting for my client. Once she arrived, we were having our meeting and had been there for about 45 minutes when a staff member approached us in a very rude manner and told us that if we did not order something, we needed to leave.
I immediately went to the register to make a purchase, but I also asked when this policy had been implemented and why we were being asked to leave. I completely understand and respect any business policy regarding purchases or time limits. However, the way the employee approached our table — with an annoyed attitude and a “buy now or leave” tone — was extremely inappropriate.
When I asked for clarification, she responded very rudely, saying she does not make the rules. Again, I have no issue respecting policies, but her approach and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. There was no effort to communicate politely or handle the situation with basic courtesy.
I frequently hold business meetings at different locations, and I have never experienced being approached so disrespectfully or being asked to leave in this manner. This experience was disappointing, not because of the policy itself, but because of how poorly it was handled.

I asked for a “trenta water,” no mention of “ice” in my order. I’m a unmistakable person of color, Latina to be specific. Love to start my morning off with ICE chants.

Fast service and good drinks. Their rewards program is lack luster. Just to get a free coffee you gotta spend a lot. Rewards arent worth it, unless you spend a fortune here.

Love coming here to do work! The environment is so welcoming and the staff is so kind. I once left my backpack and called them, they answered and put it in the back for me. Cannot recommend this store enough!

Every time I come here, my drink is always correct and the staff are very welcoming and kind. They will even sometimes write sweet messages on my cups and I think it’s just an extra sweet touch. Thank you to all of the employees at this branch for having such positive attitudes, even so early in the morning! You all are doing amazing .

ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO ANY WHERE ELSE. I have had multiple bad services with this place. I live very close but now drive an extra 10 mins to go to a different one. The guy taking our order was very nice and kind when we asked a question and ordered. But the lady who was at the window rolled her eyes when we gave her the cash she threw the coins at our car then slammed the drive through window. She did cause some dings on our car we were not happy with her we asked her what’s up why did she and she ignored us and handed the drinks then shut the door. Then she asked us to move forward because our 1 drink was gonna take a little while to make. We did what she asked and sat there for 15 mins before a guy brought out the drinks. We got the Iced London Fog Tea Latte and the Iced Passion Tango
Tea Lemonade. Photos added the London fog was good it was like tea with cream and the passion tango was watered down passion with little lemonade. I won’t be coming back due the the damages on my car I give a zero in customer service.
