This is one of the better places to get wings in town, they use good chicken and they cook it nicely. They have overload of wing flavor choices and some are better than others, the hot standard buffalo is very solid. The service is always very kind when we stop by and the atmosphere is laid back.

It was a heck of a drive, but totally worth it! We intended to have barbecue, but their burger menu looked way too good to resist. Angel provided good service and drink recommendations. And lemme tell ya, that food is SOLID! The burgers are thick. The toppings were great, and I had the PB&J burger. Their crack ‘n cheese was out of this world. Their fries are super well seasoned, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Red Robin may be closer to where I live, but Fat Cowboy’s is a lot better than that. And that’s not even considering the barbecue. I’ll be back!

Not a fancy locale by any stretch of the imagination but the food was delicious, the bartender was really nice and the fries were probably the best I’ve ever eaten. The bang is definitely worth your buck.

I sure have mixed feelings on this place. New owners have renamed this place Cowboys BBQ. When we arrived in, greeted immediately by bartender. We sat at bar even though they do not have their liquor license yet. Sodas were available by can only.
It was difficult to read menu as the lighting is poor. The ambience is more of a nightclub than a bar/restaurant. Several TVs around bar area of which few were on a fireplace setting & other turned off. NO Sports etc on
Today’s special on wall states “Pizza” yet bartender told us ” not available today” – so why don’t you just erase it.
Ordered cheese curds and smoked queso w chips. Cheese curds were good as well as smoked queso had great flavor and comfortable level of spice. The chips (as you can see in pic) seemed to have come from bottom of bag – small, broken pieces.
Main course arrived within minutes.
Crackin mac cheese side – bread crumbed farfalle noodles – not bad
“loaded mashed” – instant mashed potatoes with garlic butter and bacon bits – not impressed
Smoked Brisket – decent portion, smoked well, moist and flavorful.
4 Bone Ribs -. Lightly non tangy sauced, non-messy, okay portion – decent
The bartender had another couple at bar and a table of 6. Could have been more attentive
Between ambience (poor lighting/no TVs/jukebox playing some country and more rap/ Nikki Minaj), canned soda, chinaware plates with ToGo silverware, mediocre service, and mixed feelings on food – I will wait awhile and possibly give this place a chance in the future, but it wouldn’t be soon.

We heard about this place from a friend and decided to check it out. The food was so amazing. Amazing flavors! The atmosphere was friendly and the server, Teri, she was amazing and very knowledgeable with the menu. We will definitely dine there again soon!

Amazing!! Food is absolutely the best. Wings are amazing. Sweet Jesus bbq sauce and Garlic Parm wings can’t be beat. Burgers are huge and cooked to perfection. Deserts are even top notch. Definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu!! Wish I could give more stars!!!!
