My husband ordered two Pad Thai meals.
The food was delicious! I tried his meal. It was really good.

He finished ordering, paying and walked past the napkins to grab a couple. I walked up, they didn’t see us talking apparently and didn’t consider me a customer?
My husband handed me a small shopping bag and said my water bottle open and spilled. He left me there by the counter and walked away. I remained there to deal with the accident. Water spilled on the floor and water spilled on the counter as I tried grabbing several napkins to dry my thighs. I walked away, left everything at a table with my husband and came back to the counter to do the right thing. I asked them for a rag and told them we accidentally spilled water. The young man went and asked an older women. She came back and told me they would call a cleaner. I said ok and left.
They did not come back to clean the spilled water by the napkins on the counter, so I got up, grabbed another several napkins and wiped the water off the counter because I did not receive a rag and they left the water on the counter.
I understand it was busy, I get it. But. What happened next is not something that is common America because people like me will come on here and tell everyone their story.
As I finished wiping the counter, she came back and looked at me like I stole an entire package of napkins from them. I apologized and told I wiped the spilled water. She looked at the napkin duspenser and I could tell she was wondering if I used up all of them. She did that on purpose so I know I used too many.
She gave me a mean, degrading and belittling look, waved her hand at me and walked away.
When we moved and sat on the other side of the hall, sat stand I tried the food he got for them, I commented on how good it was but how that woman was really disorganized and must have not seen us together and treated me like a thief.
He agreed and, replied with,
“You should have seen that nasty look she gave you when left”
So, 5 star for the food. -3 stars for the horrible human interaction. So, I left two stars. Instead of being helpful in spite of the fact that they were busy, she treated me with hostility. If we go again, I will make sure I do not buy food if I see her there.
Super disrespectful, unhelpful, unkind and unprofessional.

A MUST have – Railey Special fish OMG, the flavor dances in your mouth. It is so good that I drive a distance just for it. I have tried other things on their menu and is very pleased. I am a true foodie and this makes me happy.

We got the Railay Thai sampler special and the fish was perfect!! It was a whole red fish and the meat was so soft and crispy on the outside. Fish cakes and egg roll was good too. Ask to get papaya salad on the side so you can get the juices included. We had it served all together and it was lacking flavor. When I talked to the owners they said they couldn’t include the juices because it would make everything soggy, so get it on the side! It will taste better. Next time I’ll try the Khao soi curry soup! Can’t wait!

I ordered non spicy extra chicken and shrimp stir fry with peppers and green beans. The order has tiny pieces of chicken shreds only 3 shrimp and very little green beans. It was onion and pepper heavy. I also found an entire jalapeño. The dish was so spicy it overpowered the star ingredients and burnt your pallet. This was a disappointing experience considering I paid extra for chicken. The owners should re consider the portions of protein to veggie and mentor the chef to make sure that the quality is consistent. The owners were not there. Two young workers were very kind but the food itself did not deliver.

Got the panda strawberry egg waffle. Despite how it looks it didn’t taste like a sugar overload and was pretty good. It was fun being able to watch how they made too.

The best Green Curry, Red Curry and Pad Thai I’ve ever tried. Since they opened, I have come to this place almost every week and never felt disappointed. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. The owner is very friendly. The lineup is always long to this place

I ordered pad ki mao and there was no chili in it. How can you call that pad ki mao? The food at this rai lay location is nothing like the other rai lay locations. Service was fast and atmosphere was loud, crowded and uncomfortable.
