First time been here definitely won’t be the last, my husband and i like to take trips to Chicago once in a while. We stop at this place and no regrets they have best birria (cow) & fresh made tortillas, I was like what? I enjoyed every bite and all the salsas and fresh tortillas chips, my husband had best burrito too. kenia our waitress was very awesome. Definitely recommend this place my food did not look like it was microwaved.

Authentic Mexican place with incredible meats. The birria (goat) is packed with flavor and is perfect for tacos. Also loved their carnitas and salsas!
Note that staff here don’t really speak English so have google translate ready to go! They are super friendly, though! We got takeout and it’s a huge amount of food for the price.
There is paid street parking outside, although it’s free on the weekends!

I was skeptical to order here being that the star rating is 3 but it’s in my neighborhood & I wanted to give it a try . I called to make a pick up order . Someone answer said hello and as soon as I asked to place an order they hung up . I tried calling back twice no answer. I felt that was completely rude to hang up in a customers face. But reading from the reviews someone’s baby got food poisoning here so glad they didn’t let me place my order !

Pretty solid place with great live music from drunk, out of key costumer singing karaoke…lol. Jokes aside the quesabirria was decent and cheap and cashier was friendly and service was quick. Came for second time today and I sustain my opinion.
