My family went here over the weekend and it looked like your average Chinese restaurant. Although, I was extremely surprised to see a LONG HAIR in my fried rice! I had already ate most of it and I was completely disgusted to see this and I immediately reported this to the Asian lady who serves the food. Unfortunately, she didn’t speak a word of English and when she heard “fried rice”, she grabbed a new dish to start serving me again. Luckily, the Asian dude who was next to her understood what I was saying and suggested I order a new combo. Not to mention the food tasted horrible and STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! THIS HAS RUINED MALL FOOD FOR ME!!!

yeah so we bought the combo, we asked for no vegtables and she still gave them to us? then she kept asking for money even though we already had gived 23 dollars when the meal was 16(plus drinks) and we ended up hiving like 40 dollars and she did NOT give us change

I went here to get the food cooked in front of me on the hot grill. I ordered the beef with rice. Two people ahead of me ordered chicken. The chicken is cheaper than the beef by a couple of dollars. When the chicken was cooked for the other clients they load it up till the container could barely close. Had to be about half a pound of chicken per order. Fast forward to my food and I got the smallest amount of beef humanly possible. It was like 4 tiny pieces. Get outta here. I basically paid for rice.

I ordered a ‘lo mein’ and found a toenail in it! Absolutely disgusting! I talked to a waitress about it and she suggested just throwing it away! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. There are so many other good restaurants in Saugus, and I would not recommend going here.
