All of the service was lovely. They were so prompt with everything and offered us advice for places to see around town. Amy was our server and she was extremely genuine and bubbly. She was great at matching our energy and made it a fun time for the 4 of us. She took our picture while we had pickle shots! The cook brought out the meal we were wondering about to let us see it before we bought it. The food was delicious!!!!

We came to Pepin for our mini honeymoon & went to The Pickle Factory two nights in a row. Both times, the food & service was outstanding! Our bartender Shannon was fantastic. Very personable & attentive to detail. She made me an espresso martini & cosmopolitan that were both great. The quesadilla burger & pickle wrap were both delicious!

10/17 visit for our anniversary. Nice bar/restaurant, excellent service from Shannon. I can tell she enjoys her job. The atmoshere at the bar was nice, although it could have been a touch warmer inside.
My wife had a chicken wrap she said it good and her bloody mary was really good. I was going to order the pickle prime philly, but talked myself into the steak special to better celebrate our 27th annivsary. Special occasion, special food, right? 🙂 The steak was a nice cut. I ordered it medium rare, it was done well, no pink at all. It tasted good, but overcooked and I think over tenderized. That resulted in a steak that had more of a burger texture and it was very dry. Next time I will try the prime philly – I saw one go by while I was waiting for my steak – it looked wonderful and was piled high!
Overall it was a great visit and i am sure we will give The Pickle Factory another try sometime. We really enjoyed our after dinner walk and the beautiful sunset.

Came by after visiting from out of town to see our wedding venue. Had the pickle shots, coconut shrimp, fried pickles (duh) & apple walnut flatbread. Service was quick and friendly. Didn’t hover & didn’t need to wait to ask for anything. Food was VERY good. Flatbread was almost like a sweet treat. Coconut shrimp had good crunch. Can never go wrong with a fried pickle. Pickle shots were very easy going down.

We stumbled upon this gem of a local hangout by sheer accident. As it turned out, it had a great outcome.
From the time we walked in the door until we left, we felt like we were their most important customers.
They have specials, but we ordered off the menu. Dinner was perfectly priced and presented. Everything on the menu was made in house.
Definitely a great reason to pull off the highway and enjoy a riverview.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is truly captivating, with stunning views of a picturesque lake and the pier just a short walk away. The Hostess took us in right away and our server, Brandy, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious. (Just a note: my wrap looks a bit bare because I opted out of the fries, but it was still delicious!) Highly recommend this place for both the beautiful setting and excellent hospitality!

The location and venue was very cool over looking the water. The service was extremely slow and they sat us as a group of 5 in a booth that fits 4 so one of them stood while we waiting for food and there was plenty of seating they could of gave us a better option. Then it took almost an hr for the food to come out. The food was good. I really enjoyed the beet salad

The Pickle Factory did not disappoint! It was busy when we arrived, but the wait staff was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. We tried the cheese curd burger, sweet potato fries, and the signature Pickle Factory flatbread—and WOW, everything was phenomenal.
The flatbread had the perfect balance of pickle and dill, and the bang bang sauce on the burger was packed with flavor. Every bite was delicious, and we have absolutely no complaints.
You can’t forget the view of the river—it was perfect! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.
