Pulled up to drive through around 11:00 pm after the drive-in movie. We waited around 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Another ten minutes later someone finally comes back and then proceeds to tell us they are only taking Door dash orders. It would have been nice to have been told that right away. We would not have waited as long as we did but my daughter was really hungry and there are not many choices at that time.

I found a baby roach in my daughter’s kids meal when i dumped it on the plate. Absolutely positively disgusting. My daughter is 4 soon to be 5. Fried up roach, i have a picture too lets see if i can add it

I just waited in the drive up line about twenty minutes. It was so slow cars started leaving the drive through line. No apologies or kind remarks. Just handed the food. I got home to find my two filet o fish sandwiches had no fish. It was just tarter sauce on buns! NO FISH FILET! How could that even happen?! In calling, they said, “Ok, we’ll take your name and you can get them another time, or when you come, you can request a refund.” Why not a refund right now? Why not send them to me by Door Dash or another service for the inconvenience. No, that was not an option, I was told. This location (Eynon, PA, Scranton Carbondale Hwy) always messes up orders, but this one takes the cake. One time I got a bloody Quarter Pounder. Took it back, got an apology and a refund. Couldn’t eat after taking a bite out of that. Received big breakfasts with eggs and pancakes, but no sausage. The list goes on. As well, this location closes earlier then the times posted on their window ( at times staff is there, sign light is bright, but claim they are closed, even though times listed on window says they’re open). Lights are still on, looks open, but at drive-up, they say they’re closed?! Makes us wonder if they are just too lazy, as it’s only a short time before closing (maybe 1/2 hour or so). Needless to say, we will not frequent this location. Way below other McDonald’s standards. Very disappointing, yet again. Clarks Summit McDonald is run so much more professional. Service and food excels.

The remodel is great, very friendly staff. I don’t care for the kiosk ordering system or the employees carrying my food to the table. I like to order at counter, and carry my own food but it’s an excellent place for a quick bite to eat. Drive through is usually always busy, this is a popular mcdonalds location

I understand this isn’t a five-star restaurant but I gave the food a four-star review because they often seem to get extras wrong like Mac sauce on my McDouble. Countless times they’ve charged me for it but no Mac sauce.

10.19pm doors locks “because there is only two of us in here, somebody didn’t show up for the shift”. 0* for the management who decided to lock the doors during normal hours, 5* for the personnel, who used some common sense to let me in to place an order, while it was raining outside.

Unfortunately not the best McDonald’s around we have had good experiences and bad. It does look and seem clean which is a positive just check your order before you leave and don’t take the employees funstrations with work personal when they take your order.

Im giving 5 stars because Travis makes the best iced coffee at any McDonalds I have been to. Also I would like to personally forgive Travis for fake calling the police on me because he makes such an amazing ice coffee. Sorry I called you Benny.
