I visited on 11/1/2025 around 5 PM and was served a burger that was completely raw inside — not rare, not pink, but cold and uncooked in the center. I have photo evidence and became physically sick shortly after eating it (I threw up within the hour).
I immediately notified RH and spoke directly with Bill Slosser, Hospitality Leader for the Columbus location. He apologized and told me directly that he would “make it right” and issue a gift card for the incident.
After that conversation, he completely stopped responding and has now left me on read with no follow-up, no resolution, and no concern whatsoever. To promise a resolution for a confirmed food safety issue and then disappear is beyond unprofessional — it’s dangerous.
This was not just bad service — this was a serious food-safety failure followed by a complete lack of accountability from management. For a brand that positions itself as luxury, this was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I expected transparency and professionalism, not empty promises and being ignored after getting sick from undercooked food.
Extremely disappointing and deeply concerning.
RH corporate needs to address this location’s food safety and management communication immediately.
Now the ambiance, 4 oversized fake trees and a ton of chandeliers, when to sit down almost every location is a deep curved booth with 2 chairs. You sink in these cheap feeling chairs like they are about to bring a hookah to the table, a “high end” furniture store with honestly bad seating….who would have thought.
Let me say that again, a high end furniture store, that’s where I’m eating and those 2 don’t mix. The food was WAY overpriced garbage, for a basic burger and fries $35 want an appetizer +$30…. table bread…. NOT a chance. We frequent the true high end restaurants in the area and there’s no nut house at the helm, a variety of table breads and they don’t serve a 7oz steaks cooked to about 5oz for $70.
Out the door for 4 it was $300+ and we had 1 salad
1 burger and fries, 1 7oz fillet and fries, 1 French dip and fries, 3 cookies & 1 ridiculous banana split with 3 scoops of ice cream smaller than a golf ball.
This is the facts about RH, it wasn’t a bad or busy night, there isn’t an excuse for this 1 star restaurant playing dress up….. or drag I guess
The atmosphere was really nice, and I was even able to come in dressed like a homeless person. But at least our server liked my anime shirt.
The shrimp appetizer we got was so good, and the charcuterie board made me feel healthy. I tried some of my moms fries and chicken sandwich and it was super good and the fries were so crispy. I’m ngl I think they stole them from McDonald’s and fried them in the back. I’m REALLY ngl, the chicken sandwich tasted just like Popeyes (compliment) but better of course.
My sides (asparagus and mashed potatoes) were really good. The potatoes were so creamy it was like a thick soup. I will say I wish my salmon had a little more seasoning, but it tasted fresh and the lemon helped a little. I didn’t like my rose lemonade but I liked the bottle it came in… sorry.
Then I got a free cookie and ice cream for my birthday gift from our server ☺️☺️ and there was a candle on the plate, so cute and the cookie was so warm. I saved it for later since I was already stuffed enough. overall everything tasted fresh and I will be back. I might need to try the lobster roll next time.
TLDR: Pretty views fresh and tasty food just suggest salt, pepper, honey, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder for salmon with lemon cooked on top
After about 30 minutes we noticed we had been waiting for some time for our entrees. Elise noticed we were still waiting and came to us very apologetic. She was so sincere and kind and said she would figure out what was taking so long. Seconds later the manager, Ozzy, came to us also very apologetic. He offered us additional drinks and appetizers on the house and said he would even compensate us for the meal. Everyone was so kind and attentive. We actually had plans after dinner so we said it was fine and we would continue to wait for the entrees. The food came out a few minutes later. We got the roasted half chicken and the salmon. The salmon was so good. The roasted potatoes with the chicken were amazing too. The chicken was good; nothing super special. We had some leftover chicken and the manager boxed it up for us with some additional roasted potatoes (yum!). All in all 4/5 stars despite the hiccup with the food. They covered the entire bill and were so accommodating.
*if you want to see the sunset def make reservations. The view is sooooo beautiful*
The food was top notch. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but the quality absolutely matches the price. The shaved prime rib was described as the best my husband has ever had. The filet was melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavor. The chicken was outstanding, with a sauce and potatoes that really elevated the dish.
For dessert, the butterscotch brûlée was good but a bit too sweet for my taste. My favorite dessert was the banana split, and my favorite drink was the Bellini.
Overall, 10/10. We would absolutely recommend it and will be back.
