Ordered from well mannered young guy at counter.
Received order walked out completely wrong.
Went back in and everyone could not have been more kind and apologetic.
Gave wrong order for me to keep and remade correct and even free sandwich card to return

I have been coming to this establishment for years. I have always had great service. Store is kept clean. They handled covid well

I walked into this location genuinely excited to try Einstein Bagels for the first time — but that excitement quickly disappeared. I stood at the counter for about 5–10 minutes without being greeted, even though multiple staff members clearly saw me waiting.
When I was finally helped, “Sirus” simply said, “What can I get you?” with zero enthusiasm. I ordered a pizza bagel, and what I received looked nothing like something fit to be served — more like a poorly made, thrown-together pizza. I even took a photo because it was so disappointing (your cameras would confirm this as well).
When I politely returned to the counter to ask for a refund or exchange, the staff laughed out loud, as if they found the situation funny — including Sirus, who continued to laugh even after I mentioned their negative attitude.
This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Sirus or Boone should not be in a customer-facing role. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be making sure my staff and friends avoid this location as well.

The team there was very nice, but the boys on the line were tossing bagels halfway down the line to each other. So I hope they are catching and not dropping them. My order had a few small issues, but I had to run back to work and they were closing soon, so I didn’t have time to stay to get it fixed. Overall, the service was fast and the food was delicious, as usual. I would just make sure to be very clear on what you want with your order, as they may not make it quite right.

My orders are often wrong, customer service is usually apathetic or bad (today my cashier happened to be good), and employees are frequently goofing off or just hanging around. Today I witnessed 4 employees just huddled in a group, not working on a single order. I had to go up to the counter and inquire about my order, and one said, “Oh sorry! I’ll start that now.”
So if I had just let them stand there chit-chatting and dancing to music, I would have never got my order?

Ordered “online” 13 bagels (bakers box w smear ) received only 10 of which 3 were ones I didn’t not order – small hockey puck size (maybe for a dog? rejects?) they are 3-inch diameter and 3.4 oz; yup weighed. (most bagels are now 4-6 in and 6 oz). – what I ordered was indeed there at 9:15 am as they were there when I picked up behind the counter after 1 pm- I didn’t think to pour them out and verify. Like – how can you meed this up? The reciept showed I received 13, wrongo. Sad they can’t get it right if you are not there watching them; I assumed they could count to 13…or was that intentional? which is worse?. Highly advise you do not order from the APP for pick up or be prepared to dump out all your bagels out to verify that they can count and have not made any wacko substitutions.

Found 2 short black hairs inside my food today. I do not have this hair length or color so i unfortunately know this cannot be mine. I am disgusted and disappointed because I really love Einstein’s and their bagels.

Update: I was reimbursed for my sandwich. There seemed to be confusion as to why bacon was undesirable on a veggie sandwich but apologies all around. In the future, I know to check before I leave the store.
Ordered a veggie sandwich to-go, only to arrive at my morning destination to discover bacon on my breakfast. Certainly didn’t want any bacon….but grey limp bacon was extra . Sad day.

Cold bagel sandwiches not toasted, messy wrappers with cream cheese. We didn’t have any orders with cream cheese, makes me think it’s dirty where sandwiches are made. Take pride in what you do and how you serve. We got a refund and went to safeway and made our own bagel sandwiches for a quarter of the price.Tired of spending money on bad food and being served by people who don’t care and want a tip for a bad job.
