We ordered a veggie pizza for take out. We picked it up and took it home. When we opened we found chicken pieces on the pizza. This is disgusting for vegetarians. I provided feedback on the app and a few days later I got a reply saying somebody would contact me. That was almost a month ago. They talk about quality checks. My foot. Avoid this disgusting place. Go somewhere else. Shameful franchise.

Its one of the worst dominos, I use to order once a week cause its right next door. 80% of the time they’ll skimp you on toppings/cheese/sauce. Just got a large with Italian sausage last week and more than half of the slices had 2 or less pieces on them, one had none.

I ordered from the lobby and sat here as I watched my order get skipped for every delivery that popped up. My pizzas finally went in after 25 minutes of waiting. Careful with this store, staff changes all time , pizza quality can’t guarantee. Overcooked or wrong topping/base happens a lot. I ordered same pizza like last week, it’s overcooked again, as hard as rock, and fork wont fall cause all brand at the edge. Don’t bother with this location. They called to ask and read off my order making sure it was right. They then delivered me not what I ordered. Called for a refund, and they told me since they called that it wasn’t possible. Seriously? Just go to the grocery store, at least you can trust yourself to read.

Dough was crazy undercooked and there was so much tomato sauce that half the toppings were off the pizza and smashed against the box. The well-done pizza (that was waaay undercooked in general) was so soggy and not even but into slices. Worst pizza ever

This store did exceptionally well in the customer service. For instance,I had messed up my online order yesterday , but for me , they got it fixed over the phone with no extra cost . Thank you staff. I don’t know the names 🙂
Also , ordered pizzas tested perfect in terms of balanced amounts of toppings and cheese. Not only yesterday, but last few carryouts and experiences were satisfactory too. I am seeing Big improvement. Recommending it.

I specified “hand delivery”, no knock. Sets my pizza on the ground and peels off. Yeah yeah there’s notifications for delivery but I did pizza delivery his age and I get how it is. But there was a $10 bill waiting for him. Tell the kid it’s better to knock when specified

Both the pizza and the time it took for the delivery were good. However, the DELIVERY WAS BAD. The delivery driver just left the pizza box on the floor where there were a lot of insects crawling around (the Texas summer heat!) without any notification (knock on the door at the bare minimum as a common courtesy?) that he had delivered the pizza. I did not even know the pizza was delivered! I have had dominos pizza deliveries before and this is not how delivery should be done (how about knock on the door and hand the pizza to the customer – is this too much to ask?). This was such a bad delivery that I would like to request a refund of my tip to the driver (Order placed on 7/1/25 at 7:12pm – Order #85).
