We really enjoyed the dinner and the atmosphere! Live acoustic guitar added to the ambiance….and the food was flavorful and freshly prepared. The view of the harbor is beautiful, and on cooler days there is outside seating that would add another level to the dining experience! We are locals, and went to walk around the property and grab something to eat at one of the restaurants and stopped in Blue Lime as we were walking around the pool…. It’s on the second level. It’s a unique dining experience you won’t find at any of the other local Mexican restaurants. The menu has quite a variety, with something for every palette. If you like tequila you’re in for quite a treat as they have a selection that would stagger you! It certainly worthy of a return visit, and a recommendation for that out of the ordinary dining experience. Local tip – No need to park in the parking garage you can park in Live oak Park an inner right by the pool.

Finally a high end Mexican restaurant in SWFL. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant was. The atmosphere was good however a touch loud. But the live music was excellent. And for only being open for 5 days I was impressed at how good the service was. Our server Joey was knowledgeable about the menu and a variety of tequilas and was able to make great recommendations to us. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend the carne asada plate. It was tender and extremely flavorful. The drinks were very innovative and the tequila selection was shockingly diverse considering the area we are in. If you’re prepared for a little more of a splurge night I would absolutely recommend blue lime!

Everyone loved their food. The queso was pretty much just melted cheese with no other flavor, the guacamole was great. They’re still working out the kinks. Giving 5 stars because it was a good experience and beautiful atmosphere with a view.

I have been there twice now and it’s a great place to go where the food is yummy. Salsa and guacamole are so good and flavorful. Salad was amazing too. Margaritas are trendy and delicious. Our server Joey was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations.

We were just there last night celebrating my mom’s 77th birthday. We were a party of 8. Melanie was our server and she was great! This was our first time there. Everything was delicious and fresh. You must get the table side guacamole! I had the octopus, highly recommend! The presentation of the food is great as well….And of course you can’t beat the view . We will all definitely be back!

We had a 6 top reservation for our birthday guest and was wonderful! We took our time with drinks and appetizers. Moved on to the entrees. Everything was spot on. Nice sunset overlooking Charlotte Harbour. Dessert to wrap it up. Brandon was our server and couldn’t ask for better service. The whole evening was very enjoyable. Of course, having the right group of friends made it even better!

Our party of 4 arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation so we sat at the bar for a drink. The bartender never came over and after 10 minutes finally brought over their drink menu. A large group came up to the bar way after us and the bartender when right up to them to take their order. Our table was ready so we just decided to order a drink at the table. Well that took another 10 minutes to order a drink. After 20 minutes the server finally took our order but the drinks were still not delivered. After some time later the drinks finally arrived…. but our dinner took over 70 minutes to come put. People sat after us, got their food, ate and left before we got our dinner. The food was very salty and OK at best. I told the manager about the wait and he didn’t have anything to say. He did offer us Churros but I said I had to work at 6am and didn’t have time. I told him we were local and would never be back. The server did bring us multiple baskets of chips and salsa to try and make the situation better but just said the kitchen was backed up.
