This place is a joke , I knew I shouldn’t placed my order when I walked in and the DoorDash driver said she had been waiting for 15 minutes without being acknowledged at one or two things two burritos and it took 20 minutes. Three people walked in after me and we were all just waiting, there was no sense of urgency they claimed they were backed up. It smelled like there was something burning in there. I’ll never come back to this location once my food was up, the person that I believe was the manager, a man with a beard, yelled out my name and dropped my bag on the counter and walked off.

Being mean and really rude and we are regulars and they were saying hurtful things to me and the cashier was Andrew H and whoever worked with him that was a woman was rude to calling me a big back and messed my order up I was missing food and I will not be back until you get new employees…. If i could give them no stars i WOULD! All the workers were standing outside the restaurant goofing off… on the clock I’m sure. My boyfriend ordered our meals and they seemed to be out of EVERYTHING! I don’t know who is running this establishment but something needs to change. My boyfriend’s burrito was cold but my quesadilla was burnt to a crisp… how does that work? The lady at the drive thru was very rude when my boyfriend kindly asked for some hot sauce. We will not be returning!

I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in a very long time so I stopped today. Place my order at the window and was very pleased at how my order was taken and how friendly the worker was. Pulled around for my good and was greeted with a hello and a beautiful smile from Ariyah. She was so pleasant to deal with and I appreciate her kindness.

Please tell me how this place is still in business?? I just ordered a Cravings Box and received a Taco with a WHOLE KFC Chicken strip in it.. My Chalupa I was supposed to have avocado on there and it’s basically a PLAIN thick Taco.. Too the young Gentleman that paid attention to the car that pulled off showing out instead of getting what we ask for not twice but three times Do better please.. People pay for service regardless of the price we pay and expect at least to eat decent food if ordered.. I never write reviews but this right here is just ridiculous!!

When you order food. You do not get what you ordered. I just ordered $30 worth of food to feed my family. I didn’t get any beef in the 5 layer beefy burritos. I asked for tacos with no tomatoes and extra sour cream. I was charged for it. Yet I had tomatoes and no sour cream. I thought when they opened back up it would be better. Boy was a wrong. I highly recommend y’all to not spend the time or money in this place. I was rushed trying to order. The girl was just rude.
