I really don’t know where to start, I usually frequent this Jack in The Box since it’s close by my house but after this experience I definitely WON’T be going back. I bought three orders of curly fries but I was given one order of regular fries instead and to top it all off there was a hair in the INSIDE of my burger. I’m thoroughly disgusted.

I haven’t even been able to get anything from here purely because they don’t take foodstamps (snap/ebt), this is one of the few fast food restaurants that dont. Its the ONLY jack in the box that ive been to that doesn’t take foodstamps (snap/ebt), in and out of town as well.

Gave me reheated jalapeño poppers ,was going to ask for some straight out the oil but you know it’s like why do I have to even ask to be given freshly fried poppers especially at 4.59 for 3 . Already gave me the ick biting into and instantly knowing it was not fresh . The cheese wasn’t even melted . so no point in even asking for fresh ones .

I don’t usually do this or have a problem w this jack but I ordered food from here tonight super simple order just a spicy chicken sandwich with a large curly fry, one egg roll and a bacon ultimate cheese burger Right!! Didn’t realize my bacon ultimate wasn’t in the bag when we got home ain’t going back because 30 minutes away not gonna happen. I have half cooked curly fries and my spicy chicken sandwich taste like it went bad. Only edible thing was the one egg roll. I usually wait for my food to come to my window but my food was already done before I got done paying. Did jack changed how they cook their food. We don’t make it till u order? I really hope not to get sick from my chicken sandwich either. Probably won’t be back.

They are super slow, no one is in front and there is always people waiting to order. You guys need to be faster, everytime we go takes I while to get our order even when ordering in advances through the app

I ordered original chicken straps. I was asked if I wanted hot. I said no mild. They gave me extra hot. I have lichens planus. Can’t eat spicy or acidic foods. Dang!!! That half of one screwed me up!!!

I don’t ever write reviews but there was simply no other way to report this Jack in the Box location. Whomever worked at the drive thru window on 8/23/23 between 7:30-7:40 pm was simply the worst. She was extremely rude and should not be working in a customer service based industry. I truly hope that she doesn’t get the continue to treat customers the way she did. She was angry at the very moment I started to place my order. When I did get it, I was spoken to in a nasty manner and basically thrown my food. I will not be going back to this establishment in the future. Jack-in-the-Box needs to do a better job of training their employees on customer service skills. I lost my receipt and unfortunately do not have her employee ID number to report but I hope that I never have to encounter her again. My experience at Jack-in-the-Box was a very negative one.

They charge for additional sauce and won’t give you more than 2 cups total. (2 different types of 2 of the same) Never ordering here again. Id rather drive to Oakley.
