This chick fil a is the ABSOLUTE WORST ONE.. I Door Dash and Everytime I go they are rude and the order isn’t started until I ask for it. Then it takes 20-30 minutes for the order to get done. I’ll refuse ANY chick fil a orders from now on. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. To be such a Family loving Christian organization they sure treat people badly. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Love Chick-fil-A and would always recommend just make sure you have time to wait in line, although I must say the crew is fantastic and move it as quick as possible. I tipped the drive-thru attendant and the boy was surprised that he got chipped. My surprise was that nobody else was tipping him. So the only suggestion that I can make to everybody else is maybe throw him a dollar or two.

Prices are a little high and service can be slow, but to be fair, they’re almost always busy. I like that they have healthy-ish offerings compared to most of the other places in the mall. And for an indulgent treat you can’t beat their OG chicken sandwich and a cookies and cream milkshake.

Placed a pick up order, after about 5 minutes I got a notification my food was ready. I walked up and waited and saw 6-7 orders of people that ordered at the counter after me get their order. So I asked about mine saying it was ready. She said “oh they bumped it to get the sticker, we’re waiting on nuggets” that was fine. As I continued waiting she brought a big pan of nuggets out (at this time everyone originally there was gone & a few more orders had came through behind me) so I wait a few more minutes and ask again (as I’m looking at the nuggets I’m waiting on) now we’re waiting on fries. So I ask how can I cancel my order. Oh that’s right I can’t because they assume I’ve already picked it up, it’s now on there as a recent transaction. The guy got sassy with me when I explained to him the situation. I get being busy, I was very patient. But they’re all up there joking around and sending people home and didn’t even have the decency to tell me we’re now waiting on fries so of course I’m confused and growing irritated.

Used the app. Nabbed some fries and a fruit cup. The fries were fresh and delicious- the fruit cup was refreshing.

My mother and I came to Chick-fil-A on December 18th from 8 to 9.

My mom in the store decided the line was too long and instead ordered in the app. while waiting, my mom saw that her order had been clicked completed without actually getting any food. we waited outside the chick-fil-a so my mom just assumed she didnt hear them and went to talk to them. They proceeded to say they didnt have her food.

When she simply asked for one of the 3 or 4 employees to write that she didnt get her food on a sticky note they decided to roll their eyes at her and some even walked off. The one or two that stayed tried to walk her through what to to do on the app but once they couldnt figure it out themselves they told her that they just need to talk to someone else. When my mom asked to see the manager they told her that the manager leaves at 4 and cannot come.

My mom once again just asked for any verbal or written agreement that she just did not get her food they once again rolled their eyes and just said they cant do anything. My mom finally decided to walk away and as we were walking they started laughing and talking about her behind her back.

One thing about Mobile orders. You have to click complete for the order to show its done. Someone behind the counter just decided they were going to click complete on an order they didn’t finish.

Even if it was an accident the way my mother was treated is unacceptable and all she wanted was her money back. The best way she thought was if they would just write something like “lady did not get her food. – tod” or something as simple and stupid as that.

I recommend coming here ONLY if you order in person. if something like this is so easy or simple for them to brush off I must not be the first person this has happened to.

Be aware of the time. Catch it at the wrong time, and the line will be sprawling into the mall. The line will move pretty fast though. Chick fil A knows how to move a lot of people through fairly quickly.

Ordered on the app several times, *usually* (every once in a while there’s a problem) there’s no issues today they got the order wrong twice, once they put a completely different order in the bag, then they neglected the order requests completely(no lettuce or tomato). When I requested a refund they said they couldn’t do it without the owner there. Told them to just forget about it since I was already five minutes over my 15 minute break. This location has gone down hill so badly in the three years I’ve worked at the mall. Poor service, neglectful employees. It’s truly frustrating to have such an awesome chain restaurant with such terrible employees. (Not all but most). Will be taking a break from this location for a while. ❤️

I was there recently the cashier took my order it comes out wrong. When I tried to confront her she just looked at me like I was stupid or don’t know what I was talking about. I told her if you could stop talking to ur co worker and listen there wouldn’t be a problem. They are stingey on their items like they only give two napkins for two ppl when u asked for more napkins they just give u two more be like that’s all they can give you
