This is why no one eats here anymore. Every time you try and give them a chance they mess it up. Heavy mayo does not mean that the burger is all Mayo. WTH guys. Do better.

This place is constantly having issues, with wait times, presentations, and the way I heard a manager speak to their employee was disgusting. I’ve gone here multiple times and have had to call to get my name put down to get my food remade more than 5 times. Today I go to get a chicken jr, add tomatoe, mind you have to PAY to add tomato.. and I got the gutted butt part? Don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself or serve to your family! This place needs to be addressed by higher management and the manager in charge, needs help.

Tried out this location after having issues with the location in Rensselaer, and what a mistake that was. I placed an online order, and waited 35 or so minutes in the drive thru while being parked in line, as I saw my food sit in the window in a bag. After I finally got my food it was all ice cold, so I had to go back around and wait for it to be remade. When I got the remade food, I can tell whoever made the sandwich was pissed they had to remake it because it was loaded with so many toppings and so much sauce the bun fell apart when I picked it up. I’m sure your drive thru goals for any given day are not in the 45 minute ballpark because at least 5 cars were waiting that long. Whoever was managing 5/28 around 3 needs to not be left in charge alone. I’ve been managing restaurants for 14 years and not once have I seen a drive thru operation run as poorly as it did here.

Went inside since drive-up was backed up to the entrance, I waited 20 minutes waiting to order, NO ONE came to take my order!!! I could see maybe 4 employees, one just taking his dear sweet time putting an order in a bag! There were 2 men still waiting on their individual orders, who were there before me, when I gave up and left. I don’t know who’s worse, McDonald’s or Burger King in Lowell, I wish there was a -star. I WONT be coming back to either!

Can’t take simple instructions, I said no jalapeños at least 4-5x and even verified at the window , get home to south Lowell and well to my surprise there was a TON of them. Also ordered onion rings and they put fires and 3 onion rings on top lol. What a joke of a place, needs new employees at night.

We swung through the drive through on our way home after grocery shopping and got the absolute worst fast food meal today. Our chicken sandwiches were actually black. We thought they gave us burgers at first. I squeezed mine to see what it was and grease just oozed out of it. They had clearly left the chicken soaking in grease and plopped it onto the buns. The onion rings were burned, dry, and hard. Our lunch was inedible & disgusting.

My food is always wonderful at this Burger King however it can be a tad bit of a wait in the Drive-Thru line around 2:45 to 3:00 p.m. but school is getting out around then so I can understand

On Thursday this place was PACKED! I instantly thought this is gonna take forever and im probably going to be disappointed but I still waited and got food from here, well for starters lets just say anthony up front actually made me have any enjoyable experience even though when I got my crispy onion it was 2 double cheese instead and a fry. I should of known better than to not have checked my bag because if the boy with the tattoos does it or the lady with the hair my orders never been wrong, well when the tattoo guy was using the restroom another employee came out of hiding by the window and looked more clueless than a new born, he moved with the urgency of a snail, my fries were less than half filled as well….. I don’t know what’s up with that but some people like myself were on lunch so I had to bring it back to eat. The very skinny boy just didnt seem to even care about anything honestly the lack of excitement in his voice and how quiet he was actually was frustrating….. Also did I meant when I bought my food I even pointed out to him that he didn’t give the right change. I dont mean to go on but the kid standing hiding not doing a thing is ridiculous, I even heard the guy with the tattoos say multiple times to the other boy up front to like make his own drinks by his station because he would just take an order then walk right back to where the food is bagged…. Sorry to be long winded but that guy with the tattoos was beyond polite and patient even with people mad at him for his coworkers mistakes he also some how managed to even smile, he is also very good at making me personally feel like in not being judged, I haven’t felt that almost anywhere, TATTOO FRONT GUY YOU ROCK!
