This is a beautiful store and felt very peaceful being here. It is very clean and tidy. I love the large, long table and the huge mural-like art on the wall. The employees were kind and helpful but not overly sweet. I had never been to this location before until today, but definitely plan to return.

Wonderful place! Great matcha latte! Good table arrangement. Clean, comfortable, intimate. This is how Starbucks should be. Adequate and professional staff who do not shout or laugh loudly. Behind the counter, you can not hear the knocks of dishes and noise. Pleasant music. If I could, I would give 6 stars!

Not thrilled. This is the third time I have gone through the drive thru and gotten the wrong order. I was really ticked off this time. I can see maybe once in a while but each time I have asked for a very specific drink and each time they give me something else. People have allergies! Pay attention!

This location has a positive and warm atmosphere where you can focus and feel inspired to get some work done. The managers and team are very professional and make you feel welcome. I’m in town only for a short time and come in often to work. Free refills and clean environment.

This Starbucks was very convenient to the airport. We were a couple of hours early to my flight from Asheville regional airport and we decided to stop. The Starbucks is a stone throw away from AVL. The service was great and the coffee was amazing as usual. Maybe even better since we were in the mountains enjoying a hot brew. Only down side would be is leaving out of Starbucks there is a giant hill your car has to climb before pulling out. If there is ice or snow I would recommend to find another way out. It’s that steep of a hill.
