Last time I got a #12 no tomatoes. Got home to eat it…they forgot to put the TURKEY on the TURKEY SANDWICH!
This time…ordered the exact same thing…#12 no tomatoes…got home to eat it and I got double (or more cheese – more cheese than turkey) and they didn’t put any AVOCADO SPREAD ON IT!
Very nice people, but they need to go work as greeters at the Walmart! Your sandwich makers DON’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE SANDWICHES!
We won’t be back to this location! Too many options without this kind of trouble within walking distance of your door!

Have had food delivered a handful of times here and had decent experiences. Opening was slow but understandable. This last delivery came freaky fast for sure, but my sandwich has barely anything on it and for roughly $14 this ain’t it. Husband said his was fine, but I’m hesitant to go back.

Our Labor Day pick up order ant the Hastings Michigan shop ended badly. Two sub sandwiches ordered with one having not one but two long hairs in the sandwich. It was cut I half so I went to the other half and found a second hair. Both of them were 6 inch or longer. Hair nets seem like a good idea today.

Very accommodating for our big party order! They made our sandwiches gave us our veggies on the side and sauce , We had tried to call subway ahead of time and ask about a large order and we were met with attitude that they do not “do that”. When we called Jimmy Johns, they gave us every option explained to us we could just walk in and order. 10/10 experience. The manager and staff were absolutely incredible!

Ordered food to go, was not prompted to direct where to deliver the food(one would assume the front door unless otherwise specified, right?). Food was delivered to back door even though front porch light was on, which means they had to walk past our two vehicles and up our driveway, through a fence and onto our back porch. No one knocked. We didn’t realize this and by the time we found it our food was cold. Was kind of irritated but I guess we didn’t check the back door. But then our order was wrong, we must have gotten someone else’s sandwich instead of my 3 year olds sandwich. When we called, they acted like they didn’t want to help but reluctantly agreed to remake the order. This time we kept an eye out and kept checking the door. Somehow they delivered to the back door again, without knocking.. again. After we expressed that we didn’t want them to do that. Sorry, but the whole experience was disappointing.

I live off airport and M37. 2.3miles away and am out of range. I mean you charge a fee for delivery and I tip 5-$10 and can’t get a sub delivered 2 miles is insane. I guess delivery means to your car in the parking lot at this range. Family of 5 missing out on $50-100 a week good luck staying in business.

I just wanted to add extra meat on a giant Italian sub and the cashier ran the total to $31. How does a $14 sub turn into 31 with extra meat? I tried to tell him it was a mess up charge because of the menu. Even $4 is ok but double the price;) nah first time and last.
