Staff was friendly. Seating inside and outside.
Mat portions were definitely lacking (from my memory from previous Crust locations)…so definitely a bit more bread-y than what I had hoped for.
Parking easy to find in the plaza, but need to walk a few steps to get to the actual store front.
Stopped by CRUST Sourdough Deli and ordered the Cobb Salad, and it was absolutely delightful! The ingredients were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced—crisp greens, juicy tomatoes, creamy avocado, tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and a generous sprinkle of blue cheese. Every bite was packed with flavor and texture, making it one of the best Cobb salads I’ve had in a while.
The portion size was generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out—simple, fresh, and satisfying. The cozy, casual vibe of the deli also adds to its charm, making it a great spot for a quick, delicious lunch.
If you’re in the area and craving something fresh and flavorful, I highly recommend giving their Cobb Salad a try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!
This particular location of CRUST is kind of tucked away in the bottom floor of a group of nondescript office buildings. It’s definitely not something you notice right away from the street. Me and some coworkers nearly drove right by.
All that aside, the sandwiches here were very much worth the drive and effort to find. I will say though… the chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie was the star of the show. It was so soft and delicious. Make sure to pick one up if you stop by. You’ll be glad you did.
The interior is gorgeous. The staff were very nice and helpful. They even offered me a free cookie for my first visit. I order a meatball sandwich and it was out super quick.
The sandwich is delicious. The sauce, cheese, and meatballs are all delicious, but the real star is the bread. All great sandwiches have to have great bread and this bread is phenomenal. I love me some sourdough. I powered the sandwich and was super satisfied. I’m going to come here a few more times to get a better feel on the menu but my first impression is outstanding.
The staff is incredibly friendly and all seem very happy to be here and to be open.
I am telling our entire office about this wonderful place and hope it stays for a long time!
The seating area is open and well-lit. And the sandwiches are amazing! The sourdough is often warm (it’s that fresh!). They are generous with the meat and listen to your requests. They also sell incredible salads.
Prices might seem high, but let’s be honest – everything has gone up A LOT. It is in line with any quality deli and not much more than Togo’s – and way better.
It may be a bit out of the way, in the center of Palo Alto Square, but it is well-worth the trip.
