I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts due to the exceptionally rude behavior of one of your employees. His lack of politeness was shocking, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Great hot or iced coffee. The staff was very nice. They even opened the bathroom which had a huge out of service sign on it. Good to know!
There was a special after 12pm for $2 drinks. Always love a good deal!

Æsthetically pleasing array, complete with Christmas tree and Santa Claus. Well organized merchandise, including lip balm in the shape of Munchkins®. Orders handled efficiently, but the kicker’s that they place stickers on the floor to induce “social distancing” (review during the ‘Rona, obviously) vertically between people waiting on line, yet horizontally they have people converge on two adjacent cash registers to handle cash and breathe on each other. Kind of defeats social distancing’s purpose if you believe in the ‘Rona. Parking tight in lot out front. Branch combined with Baskin Robbins… in case you didn’t get enough sugar from your syrup-flavored tall boy of coffee and dozen of Boston Kremers.

They decided to close at 12:40am. Definitely not open 24 hours and doesn’t want to deal with people. Said the night crew wasn’t in yet she was talking to several people and kept all the lights on and the sign on stating they’re open.

Normally wouldn’t go out of my way to review a dunkin donuts but this one deserves it. I’m a sales rep, who travels throughout my suffolk county territory and always stop at this one on my way back on the LIE/ Sunrise when i’m in the area. I visit a lot of dunkin’s but this one in particular is usually well stocked, always clean – especially the bathroom, good baristas, and really nice people working there. A lot of dunkin’s have some of these quality’s, but not as consistent as this one. I don’t know the guys name but whoever worked on tuesday 5/20 afternoon is always super nice and makes great drinks. Keep it up guys.
