The food is always fresh and the Sip Club drinks are worth it! Able to redeem a new beverage every 2hours.

So I ordered Toast Goddess Avo and wanted to add bacon. I am a regular Panera customer but not this one. So asked to add bacon which turned the sandwich from a $5.49 one to $8.1. An extra $2.50. I did not mind the price as much that when I opened the sandwich there were just 2 really skinny slivers of bacon in it. So I called the manager feeling cheated and taken advantage of with that pathetic setup. And you’d think the guy would be understanding and add may be couple of more “slivers” to make it right. Instead he goes: “So you want your money back?”…I was in shock. So it was not about the customer and treating them right its about showing them their power stance and they would rather lose $8 then give satisfaction to the customer and treat them right. That was stupid business decision because obviously I will not buy anything from that store but the free coffee that they will have to provide since I am part of “Sip” club. Interestingly enough while staying in line I overheard someone else not being happy with that place. Now it makes sense. I certainly will encourage others to avoid that place because you will not be treated right. Buyer beware!

Ordered takeout today—got bagels and two breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were tasty and filling, and the bagels were fresh. Service was quick and efficient, and my order was 100% accurate. A smooth and hassle-free experience.

I was reluctant in leaving a review because I don’t see the point of it, or how is this going to help me in the future, but it’s getting annoying at this point. Every time I order a sausage breakfast sandwich I’m getting my order messed up. It doesn’t matter how I order, drive thru or online, I never get the sausage patty. Very frustrating. The only reason I’m getting it is because of the sausage which my 2 year old son likes very much, and it’s the one thing that’s missing from the order. Today, I added bacon as well, and guess what? No sausage patty again. It just baffles me how can they miss the MAIN ingredient in that order!!

Came in to have breakfast. It was very disappointing, paid 10$+ for the vegetable sandwich (8items). There was just 1 leaf of the basil which was cut into 2 in the sandwich( even after paying extra for veggies). Did order chipotle sauce, and this is what I got…. Is this Panera’s standard!!!

The chicken noodle soup had no chicken, the bread was hard. Better off going to chic fil a. Waste of money, stay away not worth it.

On a recent midmorning visit, I ordered a Half Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad for take-home, which was a mistake: it lacked any chicken. Furthermore, I had a rude encounter with one of the kitchen staff. I wrote to the general manager, Jenny Rybackc, to complain, and she wrote back that she would send me a voucher to replace my defective order. Four weeks later, nothing has come despite my sending her a reminder.
