We were excited to check this place out after hearing a lot of praise for their Philly Cheesesteaks. They were pretty good, not what I would consider living up to the hype as the bread wasn’t anything reminiscent of Philly but the meat had good seasoning and all ingredients cooked well. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. You can tell they have pride in what they do and that goes a long ways. We will likely check it out again some time. The dining area inside is very limited space so plan for possibly not getting a table when you visit.

I was passing by, heard about the place and its great Philly cheese steak sandwiches. A bit disappointed. I ordered the standard PCS sandwich, for $14, and the sandwich was pretty much empty. I will admit I wasn’t aware that you have to ask for mushrooms and onions in it, my mistake, but to get an empty sandwich for 14$, I’m not exactly excited. The flavor was bland, and I did devour it, was hungry.

Normally it’s like cut up really small like the second picture which I took October 24th and the 1st picture is what it looked like November 1st. I couldn’t even chew it because it was all big pieces and hard to chew and swallow. I paid 70$ for 3 phillys, 3 drinks and fries plus a 10$ tip. The worker didn’t even care that we weren’t satisfied, didn’t try to make it right. As being a home owned establishment I know the owner wouldn’t want their restaurant to be represented this way. Please contact me because I love this place and want to come back but not with that horrible service and nasty food. The worker was a young male.

I have been coming here for years. I can tell the difference with the new owners. Definitely not the same place. The old family was wonderful from the time you walked in the door. The food quality was a lot better. Definitely not the same cheesesteak.

Edit – note to self, get provolone instead of the salty white cheddar they use.

Omg!!! Since moving down from New England, I’ve been looking for a sub shop that will have my favorite sandwiches and I am so thankful to the person who directed me here.
The steak and cheese is definitely one of the best sandwiches here and it will not disappoint.
The sandwich is filled with steak that is moist, and perfectly balanced with the excellent bread that they use and the cheese.
I took an Italian sandwich home to eat for dinner and I am telling you this is just one of the best places to go.
The Italian sandwich was filled with fresh cold cuts and folded into a wonderful bread.
Edit: Note to self- the white cheddar they use is too salty. Get provolone and no extra slice is needed.
You definitely have to come here if you don’t wanna travel up to Dunedin.
I may not like philly teams, but i love their sandwiches
Edit: 3 days later and to get another cheese steak. It was that good!
The ribeye looked like waygu and sliced in the back. Fresh ingredients for sure.

I’ve dined at the Colonial Corner Hoagie Shop for as far as the eighties. The Philly cheesesteaks are always cooked fresh with chopped ribeye and served hot!! The flavor has always been excellent as well. Haven’t been in for a while and was surprised on how the inside atmosphere drastically changed. Don’t get me wrong, it’s extremely clean and updated, but it is definitely missing the old school decor which added to the atmosphere. Hopefully sometime they may add something to give some character. Just my opinion…I always feel drawn more to atmosphere when I’m going somewhere to eat, along with taste. Other than that, the sandwiches were excellent!!!

I went on the 2nd reopening day after new management. The staff was friendly and helpful despite there being a rush. The inside was bright and clean! After trying many phillys in the area and being disappointed, I was happy to find one that was full of flavor and options for toppings! I got grilled onions with sweet peppers. The bun was so fresh and had the perfect softness and crunch. They said the buns are baked fresh daily from a local bakery and you can taste the difference in quality! I’ll definitely be going back regularly and look forward to trying some of their other sandwich options. Great little hole in the wall nestled right in Pinellas Park.

I’ve been driving past this place for a while now. My buddy said, “Why don’t we stop in.” It’s one of the top Philly stakes around.. so, for a quick bit turned me now, wanting this once a week. Y’all, I recently got back from Philadelphia and tried my first cheesesteak. I can honestly tell you this is top-notch you must try.

$45 for 3 sandwiches and didn’t get enough meat to fill 1 Delco’s cheesesteak. Don’t even get me started on how poor the quality of the sandwich is. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
