Terrible. Waited 25 minutes, with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in sight, for a $30 order…. They then forgot to give us most of our food, and when we went inside to get it, she claimed it was already in the bag and refused to compensate us. So we bit the bullet and bought more, even though we had already paid. Atleast 3 people working, no reason we should have to wait nearly half an hour for drive through food. Don’t bother going here if you value your time

I went to get a Classic Chicken Sandwich. I know I have to wait for it to cook fresh, no problem. The problem was, after waiting for my fresh chicken sandwich, I get my bag and go home to find a WHOLE WHOPPER!! The SHAPE is TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!! HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP?! It wasn’t worth driving back to wait another 3 minutes on what may or may not be what I ordered! On a good note, the Whopper was at least fresh! The fries tasted like they were bagged and left on the counter while I waited for my CH/OPPER!! (Chicken/Whopper)

Drive thru had 4 cars reverse and leave before ordering. 3 in line in same place 10 min. Need more staff, it seems. But those I interacted with were kind, and seemed to be working hard. Quality and freshness wasn’t lacking in the food.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers, plain small french fries, and two cookies. Minutes to get it then as I pulled away, all I had in my was two whoppers I went in and the drive up gal says to me “We can’t take food over-the-counter. You’ll have to throw it away.” No, I’m sorry or anything so I turned around and threw it away and waited on my plain double cheeseburgers. I go back out to my car and check and I have two double cheeseburgers with everything on them So I go back in the store tell the girl these are not plain she says nothing to me Turns around and gets two burgers ready to go. So I waited another five minutes on those. This person needs to get some people skills.

The staff here are professional and courteous, even though they are short staffed due to the pandemic. Restaurant was modern and sanitary. The food was cooked well and displayed correctly on the trays. Probably the best BK experience I’ve ever had! Great job FF BK!!

When I asked about mustard or mustard products being present in their mayonnaise, the lady was extremely rude . Having a mustard allergy is life threatening. I called back in to let the manager know and it was in fact the same lady. She was extremely rude to me.
Good news there is no mustard in the mayo they use as she read the ingredients.

Store was dirty …staff was unprofessional….although some aspects of the food were good, it was still sloppily put together…DO NOT ORDER THEIR TACOS !!!(see pictures)….waste of your money, they were HORRIBLE tasting….idk were the other reviewers were eating but it was not BK in FF !!

We stopped in for dinner on 5/19/25. This review isn’t about the food, though it was good. I’m leaving this review because the staff was GREAT! There was a challenging customer with a large order ahead of us. The cashier was kind and patient through it all. I believe the cooks were probably new, so the manager was double checking the order thoroughly. The manager was patient, kind, and treated his staff with great respect while helping them with this order. Bravo whoever you are. Managers like you are hard to find.
