So…. The owners are super sweet, they have a nice little food shack with food that’s good…. But not great.
Not sure how all these reviews are hyping up this place. It’s ordinary food with really good prices (I give them that).
But we paid $10 for parking just to walk down to eat there after reading reviews. The burger is fine. The fish tacos were fine but definitely a let down. The pieces of fish were tiny and very basic fried!!! The tortilla and cabbage slaw was all I could taste. The sauce is decent but could be better. And they aren’t huge, I was still hungry after even with the fries. I was thinking this place was going to have some really outstanding well seasoned special hole in the wall fish tacos. I got to only pick out one place to eat out in Destin because of such a short stay. This was the place. And I regret it.
Now if your already on the boardwalk and want something, decent cheap and quick. Sure this is great place. But it’s not special and would not make a special trip to it.

Had the chance to try this place out a few weeks ago while walking the Harbour Walk in Destin. I had a cheese burger with fresh hand cut fries. Service was good and food came quick. Neat little place to check out and eat outdoors right on the water!

This is one of the most affordable place to eat in overpriced tourist destination harbor village .
I had fish tacos and shrimp tacos – Fish was quite fresh as claimed and got only two pieces of shrimp which was a little let down . I then added some homemade hand-cut fries which were tasty and a lot in quantity.
The seating is no fills and outside and passerby keeps one engaged .

Quick, friendly service for lunch before my flight home. Fish tacos were excellent and the aioli they drizzle on top is homemade! If I were to go again, I’d get some for dipping fries! Happy they had an open picnic hightop table with an umbrella so I could get some shade cover. Highly recommend for a great eat at a great value while on the boardwalk.

Brian’s Boardwalk Grill is hands-down one of my favorite spots in Destin. There is nothing better than sitting right on the water with a cool drink, watching the local fishing fleet come back into the harbor with their daily catch. It is the quintessential Destin experience.
While everything on the standard menu is great, the real magic is in their off-menu items. If you want to eat like a local, you have to try the cheeseburger wrap or the patty melt—they are absolute “daily eats” for me. They are cooked to perfection and always hit the spot after a day in the sun.
Great food, ice-cold drinks, and the best seat in the house for harbor activity. Whether you are a local or just visiting, Brian’s is a must-stop!

Got the club on a hoagie roll and it was AMAZING. Great people super friendly loved everything high quality sandwich meat my best friend had the French dip and the au jus is drinkable. Highly recommend.

Fries were extremely overcooked, nearly burned and oil soaked. When even the fish won’t eat them. Burger in whole was decent, but the meat itself was very dry. Likely presses the meat while on the grill. Cook was fairly rude, maybe a bad day, the man serving us though was very pleasant.

Brian was super nice and extremely friendly, it made the atmosphere very enjoyable. This man loves what he does and makes you smile.
Now the food…so so so yummy! We got the fish tacos and Asian chicken tacos and they were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared very well and the flavors were out of this world. This is a must stop by place for sure!
