I have been to multiple locations and now and I think this is one of the best around. I did a mobile order and it was ready when I got there, everything was accounted for, and they are all made to perfection. Everything was actually covered in seasoning/sauce! I am genuinely impressed with how good my food was this time. (Pics for proof)

I understand this was during the playoff game rush, but your order management is entirely out of whack. Order should have been ready at 2, walked out at 2:25, and multiple people with later orders walked out well before I did (20 wing order). We ordered pickup on new years eve so we gave it a few extra minutes, but their shelf was full when I got there so they were really moving tonight! The wings were seasoned/sauced pretty well and they gave us extra dips which was awesome! The wings could have been a bit crispier but were still cooked all the way! The staff were very kind and in a great mood when I stopped in!

I ordered for a delivery during lunch. It took approximately 45 minutes. The wings were good, cooked extra, so they were crispy, which I like. However, there was not much season on them or the fries, and the fries were not warm. They do have the best ranch.

They have never gotten my order wrong except for today, I ordered the $22 meal for two, the wings are here but the fries aren’t. I chose delivery and it ended up being Door dash. Door dash can be difficult so I didn’t bother getting it fixed

Every time I try to come here I call my order ahead but I always end up on hold for 15 minutes or longer and when I walk in still on hold they get mad at me I’m sorry but if I’m spending money here I expect to be welcomed not talked to like I’m dumb expectually not by the MANAGER!!!! This might have been my last trip to this wing stop (they have 10 employees in the building 5 are working while the other just stand there looking lost the manager included)
