We can waited 30 mins for two drinks and cheese sticks. Then we re press the button and that said it should have been taken out already and they’re sorry. We understand mistakes happen we just want the food and drinks by now. Well the lady says she’s bringing it out. We wait an outrageous 20 more minutes. We’re pissed. Sonic do better. It was literally two drinks and an order of cheese sticks. We press the button a third time and they clear our call. Yall can keep your refund yall offered 50 mins of my time is worth a lot more. ☹️

We came so excited to get our once a month little family treat for our kids and ourselves. I understand being “new” and I understand many different things about customer service and food service. The girl working was too busy inside chatting that for EVERY item we ordered she would say ” what” “ok hold on” “now what was it” this was for 9 items. Every single one.
We were so ready to get home with our 3 young kids so it was a “to go” order. We put the straws in our shake treats and EVERY single one was vanilla and sour tasting. We ordered 5 specialty shakes the ONE order of frys was put in upside down in the bag with some none French fry food that we didn’t order. The box was just tossed on top of the pile of fries In the bag, which I opened as my husband was reversing out so it’s definitely not “the car ride” so driving home with 2 very upset toddlers with special needs , and our 6 year old made for such a sad deal. We don’t eat out except once a month. We only set aside a small amount for the once a month family treat. Being I paid for the order that was over 40$ and got MELTED vanilla with some drizzle of syrups and NOT anything close to what we ordered was unacceptable. We did not go back right away because my toddlers needed to be home immediately. I don’t understand how we got water melted vanilla in cups do these employees get paid to do this? I don’t understand how people take jobs and customers service jobs with ZERO regards for anyone else.

The people here are very friendly the food however is a disaster everything is just like the other reviews state a mess and just thrown together without a care. One of my burgers had a regular slice of cheese and the other 3 small slices. There was a fly in my slush and my burgers were made incorrectly and as an added bonus I got a free hair In it. Maybe put some efforts into your cleanliness standards and see your online reviews shoot up or at least do a little better before you kill someone.

I had two orders in my vehicle, which I informed the employee before starting. As I was giving the first order, I was interrupted as the employee tried to move on to the next order. I told them the first order wasn’t finished, then finished the first order. They then never took the second order, and I had to press the button to get them to come back, which took several minutes. After both orders were placed, they brought out my friends order first, no big deal, but the employee seemed surprised that our vehicle had another order. When I finally got my order, we left. My friend’s order was an absolute mess and I didn’t get very much chicken in large popcorn chicken, mostly small chunks of breading. I will not be coming back here, and I advise others avoid the place as well.

Ordered some food and ice cream, everything was fine until I tried the vanilla shake. The ice cream was sour, but the staff here are very professional, yes the shake being sour made the experience not so great but they apologized and re-made it fresh. 3 separate staff members checked on us, to see if we need napkins, condiments etc. and were very friendly, so for that 4 stars!

The attention span of the people taking the order is shorter than a squirrel. No matter how many times I ask for multiple orders, they can never get past the first order before giving me a total. Not to mention the tater tots tasted like they say in grade so day and that’s cause they had chili and cheese. If this town had more food options, I’d never eat at this Sonic again.
