I wanted to give no stars the driver was rude !!! My pizza came 1 30 minutes late cold! The pizza wasn’t even a pizza!!! The store doesn’t answer the phone; I’ve been on this phone for 45 minutes, still no answer! I need a refund!!!! The WORST I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would!!! Very disappointing experience. The delivery driver from this Domino’s location was extremely rude and unprofessional. The driver used profanity and spoke disrespectfully toward both healthcare staff and a patient, which is completely unacceptable.
I contacted the store manager, Adam, to report the incident. This type of behavior should never occur—especially when interacting with vulnerable individuals. I hope management addresses this seriously and provides proper training.

Why is it that I’ve called the store 5 times now & sit on hold with the automated recording for 10+ minutes each time before hanging up & calling again. Not sure why, but EVERY Domino’s is the same way. What is the manager on duty doing in there?
I ordered a pizza & over an hour later it still hasn’t arrived. I’m literally 5 minutes away, the next street over. The tracker said it left the store at 6:28pm, & shows the driver going all around the city & the ETA time keeps getting longer. Now its saying ETA 7:35.
How is this even possible? & dont even bother trying to call the store, because you’ll never get an answer. I guess its a good thing I opted to pay cash so I dont even have to worry about fighting to get my money back. This is the last time I’ll order Domino’s.
Back again for another review, a week later. Whenever you report a concern, they only offer you 2 options, so I took a free pizza because It wouldnt give me any other options to contact anyone. You cant reach the store ever, theyre no help.

AVOID THIS DOMINOS AT ALL COST. I have never been to a place this unprofessional. I placed an order and was told it was canceled simply because “Christon the general manager” just didn’t feel like making it. She was so rude and very disrespectful. It was as if she was upset that I even ordered here. I will never come back to this dominos again. Straight trash. When I asked who I could speak to instead of her, she said there is no upper management in this store. Never again!

Kwesi gave me a small pizza when i paid for a large one. He also cussed me out and didn’t even start the pizza until I arrived, when it was marked as ready for 20 minutes. So my girlfriend had to sit in the car for 30 minutes after arriving because he lied in the app for his metrics. As a regular customer this is unacceptable, I come here every week and this is how they treat me. Kwesi also refused to give me a refund or remake the pizza. Will definitely be in contact with the manager and corporate

The absolute WORST! Customer service is completely trash! Workers are rude and will hang up on you when they are in the WRONG. I order a pizza at 9:50pm, I got requested for delivery which was MY mistake i normally pick up. Anywho I was told by the app my pizza was delivered at 10:57pm I was waiting out side 10 mins before and guess what my pizza was not delivered. So then I call tell them it says delivered but no one is here. Then I was told there was a “GLITCH “ in the system and my driver came back and will be to you in 5 mins. (Mind yall I live 8 minutes away) the lady on the phone told me this at 11:07 i waited 5 plus extra mins 11:20 I called for a refund the girl hung up on me. I called back then when she picked up again she told me she couldn’t do refund until tomorrow. So basically I wasted my time and learned my lesson to not give my money to people who clearly don’t care about customer experience!

Do not come here !!! I witnessed several employees prepare pizza with no mask or gloves . I brought it to one of the employees attention and she said that they NEVER use gloves . Not to mention my crust is extremely hard !!! They also charged $1 for extra garlic sauce. This is an increase of 40 cents within the last few months . They also gave me this extra sauce with no top . Look at this wing ! That’s all I have to say . This was disgusting and unacceptable! Save yourself some time and go to another dominos. This one is trash . I can’t say I expect much from a pizza place but I definitely didn’t expect this .

The manager KIKI is amazing other than that it’s horrible they were so rude and disrespectful on the phone last night they said my order was delivered and never was when I called the guy told me well don’t I think after three hours I should have come to the store to pick up that’s my fault. The manager KIKI resolved it and apologized she was so kind and respectful but that’s the only saving grace 1/2 star
