Waffles were way over cooked. Tasted so bitter from how burnt it was. My mom also got French toast and the same issue. They messed up my wife’s order but the waiter didnt wanna take accountability, instead started arguing that she was wrong and ordered the wrong item. I heard wat she ordered and she was clear on what she wanted. Second time this has happened. This place used to be a lot better. I wont be coming back here. Coffee was okay though .

OK food, especially when it’s hard to find good breakfast in the area. I will say it’s a great price for the amount you get. Had a piece of corn cooked into my pancakes which definitely detracted from the appeal.

Place an order over the phone for some banana pancakes went to pick up surprise when I got rung up what they charge. $15 for just pancakes Wow, they didn’t even put the bananas inside the batter and cook it with the pancake lol , Horrible

The food is always delicious at The Pancake Factory. I’ve dined here a few times and haven’t had a dish that I DON’T like yet! The options are endless and the portion sizes are ENORMOUS! Definitely recommend

Very nice diner pancake house.
I have been here twice,once got take out and the second time came in today and we sat in for a dinner with a couple of friends .
The take out- everything was mindfully packed and the pancakes stayed fluffy and delicious even an hour later!
Now for the dine in :
One friend ordered the Mediterranean omelette with home fries – the portion was nice and big and food was very tasty
Another friend and I shared the:
Pigs in a blanket pancakes – fluffy pancakes with Italian sausage with just the right sausage to pancake ratio .
Nutella, bananas and strawberry pancakes – nice and fresh fruit and again the pancakes were delicious.
We also added a side of crispy bacon and waffle fries .
I washed it all down with a nice vanilla milkshake
The only thing I would suggest -order the home fries instead of the waffle fries,just because the home fries are better seasoned in my view
The staff is super nice and the service is quick
We would love to come back again 🙂

Being a breakfast person I love pancakes and have to try any pancake specific place, while my pancakes were EXCELLENT I can’t say much more. It has a weird vibe and the name is a bit of an understatement as their menu is so broad it takes away from the “pancake” aspect. I guess for pancakes they hit the spot but I probably won’t return as it seems they are straying away from their name and pushing dinners and even have a drink bar. We ordered sausage and the inside was cold/raw and had to be sent back. We got new ones which were thoroughly cooked. I’d recommend this place for breakfast/pancakes but not much more. I deduct a star for the sausage and the dirty bathrooms but the pancakes were excellent.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The food is amazing. You cannot deny that. The pancakes are fluffy and have a delicious taste, the freshly squeezed orange juice is a great touch but for 9 dollars a cup it’s a reach. You’re telling me you can reason 9 dollars a cup for an orange juice? That’s absurd. This place is insanely pricey, it’s hugely expensive, unnecessarily so. I truly don’t understand why the prices are this high, especially knowing the middle class community they serve.
That being said, the restaurant is always crowded. Sometimes you might have to wait ten minutes or fifteen minutes for a table. So not really that big of a deal because it’s a large enough space.
The service is good too. The servers are almost all Central or South American men that know English and Spanish well.
I want to keep going to this place but I cannot reason with an 80 dollar bill including a ten dollar tip for two guests that went for pancake and eggs. That was a shocking surprise to us when we received the check.

It is a very nice and cozy place, the staff are very friendly and professional. Let’s talk about the food: they have a varied menu that includes the house specialty that is pancakes, steaks and Hispanic dishes. I ordered a Patriot’s Omelette w/ Homefries, Buttermilk Pancakes with a side of bacon and accompanied it with an apple juice. What I did not like were two things the presentation of the dishes, the omelette that doesn’t had no taste what I had to put salt, pepper and a little ketchup on it. What I did like is that the portions are large and very good prices.

Paid maybe 20 dollars for this chicken pesto panini. I lifted the other half of the panini because I felt like the first half hardly had any chicken. This was the other half. I asked for a side of grilled vegetables and it looks like 2 ounces of vegetables. 20.00 crazy
