I went to this location Saturday, October 4, 2025. There were 2 couples already sitting, waiting for their order. I’m a germaphobe and a nurse, with that considered, I automatically observe my environment at all times. One of the first things that stood out to me was the fact that only one person had their hair fully covered. 2 people had on visors, and 3 had nothing on their head. I was already reluctant to order due to this observation. My daughter’s insisted they wanted a sandwich from there. I placed an order for a large turkey and medium tuna fish. After about 10 minutes, one couple received their order of several sandwiches and fries. The male approached the counter with his receipt stating that his order was incorrect. They had put items on his sandwich that were not supposed to be on it and requested a new sanwich. Now, I’m on high alert because the place is not crowded and how hard is it to read an order and make it accordingly? I continue to wait for my order, 20 minutes has now passed. I approached the counter and asked the lady who was the manager, she stated she was, I then asked how long before my order would be ready? She asked for the name on my order and stated, they’re working on it now. It was at that moment that I looked down at the counter and noticed that someone’s sun visor was on top of the drink cups. I then asked her why no one, including her was wearing head gear and why this visor was on top of the cups? She stated she was about to take her break and that the visor was hers. I continued to express that this is food service and certain guidelines have to be followed according to the board of health, etc. She then asked if I wanted a refund? I said, no, I want my food, and I want you to throw these cups away in front of me. At that moment, a woman came from the back area and stated she was the shift manager. She inquired about what was going on? I expressed my sentiments to her. And expressed that she was the only person who’s hair was fully covered. She stated that was because her hair wasn’t done. The nerve! She never apologized for their sub-par service, but also asked if I wanted a refund for my order. I asked for both of their names, but both declined. Stay tuned for my follow-up to this message. The 1st picture is the unqualified manager, followed by staff, and visor on cups. 100% unacceptable!
After about 10 minutes, I go up to the counter and look at the to go bags myself. All of sudden, one of the female staff, asks with a nasty attitude, what is the name on the order…. Ma’am I’ve been here along with these other people for 10 mins, at this point I might as well get it myself. My order had been ready and sitting there……and not to mention, the other customers still were never addressed either. Respectfully, if you don’t want to work in customer service, don’t. Asked on the customer service I experienced myself, and witnessed other people experience, I wouldn’t recommend.
I count about five employees right now and they aren’t working efficiently at all. I placed my order online at 615. and it was supposed to be ready at 635. Its currently 650 so I had to ask how much longer. Another 6 minutes. This is ridiculous. People have walked in, ordered their food and are now out the door. I would’ve been better off doing the same. Please do better in here!
I did however notice the place was smoky due to having fried items on the menu like French fries… they need better ventilation
