We had the best experience with Dessert Anatomy for my daughter’s 8th birthday! They brought our “Baking Besties” theme to life with the sweetest mini cake decorating class. Janine connected so well with the kids, kept them engaged, and made it so much fun from start to finish. My daughter and her friends were completely immersed and so proud of their creations. Both the kids and parents loved it, and everything was organized and stress-free. Highly recommend for a creative, hand on class for party! we will be back for more events.

Stopped here for dessert after lunch without any expectation at the beginning and OMG this place serves the best cheese cakes among I’ve tried recently. Also their iced americano and iced latte was so delicious, x10 better than usual local Starbucks. Highly recommend this place. 🙂

I love ordering my cakes from Dessert Anatomy for any occasion! It’s so nice having a local bakery in Loma Linda that caters towards Filipino dessert! Janine is the best and always communicates well regarding what cake I want! Her ube cheesecake is my favorite! All her cakes taste delicious and not too sweet!

Omg I went to this beautiful place over the weekend with my bf, it was our first time and their cakes are beyond delicious. I bought new York strawberry cheesecake and he got tiramisu and it was just awesome. Also the staff was so kind they gave me the Ube dessert to try and definitely is a must to buy.

Amazing place! Ordered twice and Bought once from this store. All great dessert, great cupcakes, great cake. Frosting is soft not overly sweet and oh the cake itself is soft and moist. If u guys are Ube fanatics I tried their ube Japanese cheesecake and it is a must! Definitely coming back here again.

We were just visiting from New Mexico and wanted to satisfy our sugar cravings. Found this little gem! I was wanting to try their ube cake but they were out. I opted for an ube ice cream treat with layers of cake topped with meringue and custard. OMG, it was out of this world! So delicious! My husband ordered a tiramisu cheesecake, and that was gone in less than a minute. As we were finishing our desserts the owner surprised us with a refreshing fruit tea with jellies, on the house! Thank you Dessert Anatomy! You deserve 6 stars! Wish we had a place like this back home! Yum!!!

I’ve been buying from Dessert Anatomy for years, so when it came to my 18th debut birthday cake, I knew I wanted to have it made by Dessert Anatomy ! I got three large sheet cakes to serve 150 guests and one custom two-tier heart-shaped cake, all made of red velvet with red and white vintage-style decorations, without nuts to accomdate my friends with nut allergies. Everyone loved the cake and said it was very moist without being overly sweet. Many were also surprised that the heart cake was real because of it’s intricate details and how it held its shape as a tall cake in the heat during my outdoor party. Every year my family gifts our neighbors holiday cakes, and they’ve enjoyed them every year. So, I would recommend buying cakes and other desserts from Dessert Anatomy for every occasion.
