It never fails. I’ve given this restaurant just about three or four times on delivery and they have never gotten it right. Customer Service is exponentially low with not a care in the world. First time, the pizza never showed, I went to the store and the manager insisted she couldn’t provide a refund that evening! Odd! The second time, I asked for a name and refund. Third time was the charm!!! I’ve ordered over two hours and still didn’t have the pizza. When the driver decided to show, no dominos icon or lights, pulled up and set the pizza on the floor outside! Unimaginable careless attitude. You can’t make this stuff up! These folks should not be in the customer service or food business. If only the corporate knew the caliber of who and what is running this franchise!

We placed an order for delivery, which took about 2 hours to be delivered. We received a notification saying the driver pulled into our neighborhood and once we received that it took about 40-45 minutes to be delivered. The food was cold and it looked like some had been eaten off of. I’ve attached those pictures. The cheese dip container wasn’t even halfway full and didn’t come with the bread for dipping (which it was advertised that way). My sister drove to the store to ask for a refund. They said store credit only or they could remake it. So then she waited for 30-45 minutes for it to be remade. While waiting she said the phones were just a ringing and nobody answered them. I usually don’t like to do Google reviews but this had to be said. Do better Elgin dominos. Do better.

The manager is a nasty piece of work. She cancelled my order tonight. Christmas eve of all nights to ruin someones night and mood. It was only 7 oclock and they started cancelling all orders coming in saying that they were closed. She walked in big and bild stating yes she cancelled the oredrs and what was the problem. They did not inform anyone who oredered online that they should not come so i wasted my time efforts and gas all because she is tired and ready to go home. You know what you signed up for when you took that job if you cannot handle the hours change careers. I was not the only disappointed customer. When i asked for a receipt stating i would be refunded she could not provide it only a voided ticket just pure lazy and nasty about it. I will no longer worry about this store. Nastiness gets you no where in a customer centric business.

Waited over an hour for our pizza even after placing the order 30 minutes prior for a two pizza order. This is the third time we’ve experienced this even in the middle of the week. If you like waiting 2 hours for dinner this is your place I guess.

I used pick up my last visit. I usually get delivery. The menu pricing and final price dont always match example 2 for 6.99 each but the wings while included in the list cost 8.99 plus a 5.99 delivery charge. If only pizza and sandwiches are included the other menu items should be separated.
Still, I’ll continue ordering as long as I can afford to.

Older short lady with arm tattoos taking orders and then walking around with hands in pockets seems to be in charge but doing her employees no favors. Jaboring about problems and other employees not coming to work etc…but just walking around with hands in pockets. I called in before and she answered phone and was real quick to cut me off stating “gotta make pizzas” but then seemed to be doing anything but while talking about complaints to employees who were busting they’d butts when I arrived. Sounds like she had been with company for years…but complaining to employees about since change.

The pizza was dry. The pizza was bland. The chicken wings taste like they came out of a bag. The cheese was not cheesin. There was no pulling of the cheese. It was like biting into stale bread. We paid $54 for wings and pizza. The wings were super tiny and the medium size for a pizza literally looks like a child’s pizza. Ultimately I want my money back. The wings I just threw them away.

Food wasn’t horrible but the employees could use refresher training on customer service. It was an impromptu pizza night. So I stopped and ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Employees wouldn’t even acknowledge that we were standing at the counter waiting. My time may be off but it definitely felt like just about 10 minutes. And then another 30 minute wait for the pizza to be cooked. Then the tracker said it was finished and we were standing there waiting and the employees let the phone ring off the hook for what felt like an eternity and NOT once did anyone answer the phone. More people entered the store while we were waiting and not once did any employee acknowledge them as well. I will never go to this location again. Especially due such rude employees.

When you order from this location they will deliver someone else’s food to you AND it will be late. They’ll mark it delivered with no food. When you call you can’t get any answers. I live two miles from the location yet I can’t get accurate orders or delivery. Would not recommend them!
