We absolutely love Joseph’s! The owners are wonderful, the service is always warm and attentive, and the food never disappoints. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and consistently delicious. The atmosphere is classic and old-school in the best possible way, elegant, cozy, and full of charm you just don’t see anymore.

We bring all of our out-of-town guests here, and every single one of them raves about the experience. Ignore any poor reviews; if you appreciate true classic American and Italian-inspired cuisine done right, this place is for you.

We’ve traveled internationally, love to cook, and hold food to a high standard, and Joseph’s continues to exceed our expectations every time. It’s one of those rare places that still values quality, hospitality, and timeless dining.

My only constructive criticism is just add the Chilean Sea Bass to the menu and rotate new specials. It would be fun to see different specials instead of a reinvention of the Sea Bass!

The food, service, and atmosphere were all phenomenal. Even gave us a free dessert because it was our anniversary. It’s a shame we were the only people having dinner there on a Wednesday at 7:30pm.

We hosted my dad’s 80th birthday dinner here and absolutely everything was amazing. From start to finish, the owners and staff were fabulous, the food was delicious, and they were very accommodating with my food allergies. I would highly recommend this lovely spot for a date, a celebration, you name it.

I’ll start off with what was nice and then end with what we didn’t like. For starters, the waitress, even though she was overwhelmed was caring polite and very attentive. The restaurant seemed clean and the wait staff was friendly, but besides that, the food lackluster and was flavorless, cold and overall underwhelming. I got three pieces asparagus , cold mashed potatoes and a fatty steak with no seasoning on it for fifty dollars! Which is a shame because we’ve heard good things about this restaurant. Definitely, will not be going back again, unfortunately.

Joseph’s Fine Dining is a jewel! First time dining there and what an Amazing experience. The atmosphere is calm and romantic, the staff is attentive and kind and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the peppercorn steak and I had the scallop and lobster tortellini. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Will definitely be dining there again.
P.S. try the lemon berry marscapone cake!!

Not as advertised: Joseph’s “fine” dining and “Chef” Joseph needs improvement. The place is a bit of a comical joke and a perfect candidate for kitchen nightmares. I suspect they are barely hanging on by a thread as I’m sure they have zero return customers. If you are going to advertise yourself as fine dining, than that is the level you should be pumping out in the kitchen. First off, their prices listed online on their site are completely different when you get to the restaurant so they can price gouge the hell out of you on a date. The bread, lamb chops, and ambiance was good, but that is about it. Chairs are quite uncomfortable and they have no booths. The carpet is beyond disgusting and needs to be cleaned/ replaced immediately. I’ve never seen carpet as black, dirty as theirs. The ‘crab’ stuffed mushrooms were not worth much. They tasted like canned tuna fish with mayo mixed in them =/ We ordered a crab/ lobster tortellini for $50 and the pasta was certainly not fresh made, nor was the seafood actually made into the pasta. Also, the lobster was tough / chewy because it wasn’t fresh. Lamb chops were actually quite tasty but the side fixings were cheap garbage. Baby carrots and under cooked asparagus are not fine dining. The sauce for the lamb literally tasted like A1 steak sauce with some red wine reduction added. Of course we didn’t get dessert (bill was already pushing $200 for 2 people). I’m assuming this place is bankrupt because no one is going to return to pay this much for food that is literally better at most any brewery, red lobster, TX roadhouse, etc. Good luck to this restaurant.

My family has come here for special occasion dinners for several years and are always extremely happy with the service, food, and atmosphere. Valerie was our server today and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a special birthday dinner and dessert! Thank you to Valerie and the rest of the team at Joseph’s (especially the chef)!

Real fine dining, food actually prepared by a true chef! Fantastic food! Fantastic service! I’ve been to Joseph’s 5 times now and it’s always wonderful! Decor is outdated, and some of the basic wines are over priced, but that is the only thing I can complain about. Margaritas are wonderful though! Will be back again.

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had eating out. I was in from out of town, decided to treat myself for my birthday. I had the Famous Pepper Steak Flambe’ and the caprese salad. Both were excellent, the steak was the best steak I have ever tasted, I believe my waiter was the owner. He was so attentive, he chatted with me for a bit, told him I was in town for work but chose to celebrate my birthday. After dinner, both his wife (I believe) and him came and brought me a chocolate cake and wished me a Happy Birthday, complete with a lit candle. I was the last one in the restaurant they never pressured me to leave, just let me enjoy. The owner hugged me as I left. I had tears in my eyes when I walked out. I have never had an experience like this, I felt like family. Thank you both. It was really wonderful!

My wife and I went for the first time last night and I really enjoyed my meal which was homie and Hardy but she didn’t enjoy hers too much but she took a chance on the sea bass. I enjoyed visiting with the owners as they’re in for Kit part of everyday operation still after 20 years and I can’t believe I’ve never been here it was a really neat place and I will be returning!
