They have their own beer on tap. I ordered the fox body which is an amber beer with good flavor. I also ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and veggies. The crust was very good, slightly crispy and not chewy. Pizza sauce is mildly sweet but has good flavor. I prefer a more robust sauce but the crust and toppings make up for it. Plenty of cheese as well. I will order this again!

I must say things have changed. I’m not sure if it’s just take out or new management but the quality of the this pizza has gone down and I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again. I ordered through GrubHub but then called because this was bad. They could do nothing unless I came to pick it up and, we’ll that defeats the purpose of me ordering delivery. The pizza was overcooked, greasy, minimal sauce and cheese had nooo pull. Just not good. Not to mention… I’m still hungry..

Unforgettable experience. My girlfriend and I had been eyeing this place a lot lately so we decided to stop by when the time was right A.K.A. Pizza Time. We split a large pizza and it was superb! The cheese, sauce, and topping were balanced and I loved every bite. The service was top notch too! Definitely a spot to go if you and a friend have the utmost craving for some good pizza.

I don’t want to be a complainer but I cannot review this place without complaining. I love craft House Pizza locations. I usually have a group at Preston Highway by monthly and our family loves the Westport Road location. Our family celebrated my daughter and husband’s birthday simultaneously at the Bardstown Road location the second week of December 2025. The service was okay and the food was consistent and delicious as the other locations. However, the Bardstown Road location music was so loud and it literally is filthy. The bathroom toilets were dirty all around the base and the floor and the floor and the restaurant was filthy. We will not be visiting the Bardstown Road location even though that’s the nearest to my daughter’s home. You guys would not pass a government inspection if someone came in, just saying. Readers, Please don’t let this deter you from the other locations they are great!

First off never forget they threatened to fire staff for not getting Google reviews that mentioned them by name. Unfortunately ate here for a holiday party. The pizza sizes were laughably small. The personal pizza was smaller than my hand. I also didn’t know you could make dough so bland. If we ignore the first part of how bad this establishment is, the 1* still applies. The server was wonderful, but the food was terrible. The apps tasted like they came frozen and got microwaved. I will skip eating here again even if free.

This was my first time and it was a pick up order. We got a large Supreme and 2 large sausage and pepperoni pizzas. They were delicious. They all three had plenty of topping, cheese, and taste. I definitely will be buying more pizza from Craft House Pizza.

I went with my family and this will be my last time at Craft House. The service isnt ever there for me but we can let that slide, that occurs everywhere. The overall atmosphere though, is very unwelcoming and you can not only see the overall morale of the facility, but you can feel it, and youre part of it. However we dealt with it because we were there and we wanted to be together.
The dough on the cheese pizza was tough to cut, due to it being half cooked but cooked enough that its “done”, I guess.
The cheese to sauce ratio, along with the undercooked dough, made the slice too heavy to hold, requiring us to cut the pizza in little edible pieces. The craft house salad was good, too much onion and olive though. I feel like I was given a whole onion and more than a fistful of olives, and I dissected out what I didnt want before eating it. Nonethless, it was good.
However, the cleanliness of the facility made me question how clean my lettuce was. And my plates. But again. We’re here. The mirrors in the restroom had streaks from top to bottom, someone cleaned it with a dirty towel or a chemical that isnt for windows. The silver hand plates on the bathroom doors were full of prints and smears, requiring me to use the elbow method. The floors were sticky and the trash was full.
The parking lot is slightly difficult.

There were 2 of us. We each had a Mediterranean salad. He got a Sub & I got an individual size pizza. The salads were great & huge (came with garlic bread). We ended up bringing the rest home. The check was about $43, including a beer & an iced tea. The food was great & the server was attentive without being intrusive.

This was our first visit to Craft House. We started out with the cheese bread, a side salad, and individual pizzas. I got the thin crust, and my wife got the thick crust; we both liked the thin crust the best. The pizzas were served piping hot, and they were delicious. The service was great. Our only complaint would be the noise level; it was difficult at best to talk above the tvs and all the other conversations in the room. Accessing the parking can be a little tricky, especially if you come by the drugstore with a long line at the drive thru pharmacy.
