This time I tried their new chicken phily sandwich. It gave me just an average experience. I didn’t like the garlic aioli sauce which spoiled the sandwich. Other ingredients were good but I wish they had some spicy sauce instead of the garlic one. Its cheesy so if you like cheesy sandwiches with garlic flavor, this one is for you. The sandwich is huge in terms of quantity.

We ordered quickly and our order taker was friendly and well spoken. Was serious about her work but was having fun doing her job.
Ordered 6 piece chicken tenders dinner which came with seasoned fries, one slice of Texas Toast, coleslaw, a beverage (sweet tea was the choice and the tea was terrific), dipping sauces (2), ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies, along with Zensational salad.
The salad was damn good. Fresh and with great flavor. The chicken tender dinner was excellent as the tenders had loads of flavor, crispy, very large pieces, and the dipping sauce was perfect. Slaw, fries were good. I would’ve preferred the fries to be crispier than they were. They were still very good.
First time ever to a Zaxby’s and it did not disappoint. I’m not from the area or anywhere close. I will say I wished SW MO had a Zaxby’s location.
For a fast food joint, I was impressed with the service, appearance of the food, how much we got, and for a fair price for a great food experience.

Fast and friendly service. Delicious fresh, hot food. Tender, juicy chicken. Special price on kids meals on Thursdays right now. Freestyle Coke machine lets you customize your drink. It’s one place my entire family agrees on whether we eat in or drive through. We come every week.

The zensation salad was terrible. I couldn’t eat it, as it was gross. I threw it away. If I wasn’t in the drive thru I’d return the food for a refund. They are normally great. Even the cheese bites were cold and yucky.

I worked at this Zaxbys when it opened. To see where it is now is sad. The quality is worse then its ever been. They charge $14 for a wings n things and dont give you the amount of wings or figers promised. Do better.

First time visiting Zaxby’s. Had been seeing the commercials. I was a little disappointed with my meal…way too salty. I had chicken stripe and fries. I might give it another try, different location.

I ordered Zaxby’s delivery for an event I was hosting at work. 8 hungry people were anticipating delicious chicken when I received a text from Zaxby’s/DoorDash stating my order had been cancelled. It was right at delivery time. In a panic, I called the store, and it turns out that someone posed as DoorDash and stole my (giant) order! The employee I spoke with, Cole, was amazing. He explained what happened and asked what he could do to make it right for our event. Within minutes, he remade our order and personally delivered it. Customer service like this rarely exists anymore. The food has always been great, but today my loyalty to Zaxby’s was solidified because of Cole.

So I never eat at zaxby’s but I decided to stop by and order some fried pickles. I’m not sure if this is there normal size or if I just didn’t get as much as I should have. $5.17 for this? 13 pickles??! Idk you be the judge. I won’t be going back for fried pickles that’s for sure..
