Had a bartender named Carissa, I believe. She was one of the best servers I have ever had. She was very personable and attentive my entire visit. Food was excellent with great portion sizes. Would highly recommend for anyone to try this place out.

Negativity is not my thing, That being said, the service here today was fast and super friendly but the food was terrible. Cold burger so nasty I threw it away after two bites and over-done fries that were still edible, at least.

The last 6 times we have tried to eat here, the person takin our order couldn’t hear us, and had to ask us to repeat ourselves more than 7 or 8 times, the tots had been refried instead of fresh, fries were soggy, the cheese stix were cold, the burgers were burnt and sloppily thrown 2gether, they got the coney wrong 3 times in a row after twice being told face to face what was needed… the milkshakes were not milkshakes, they were just milk with whipped cream on top….
Update 12/27/23 went to sonic at 515pm ordered 2 popcorn chickens, a onion ring, tots and cheese stix… I don’t know who yall have in the kitchen, but they need to b shown what dry fqn chicken looks like, I got home, and the chicken is so hard u can literally smash it into crumbs, there’s not even chicken inside these lil pieces

Ordered #8 lg popcorn chicken meal w tots and a cherry limeade, a pretzel w chz, and a Jr fritos wrap
They said they were gunna to have to ring up the wrap as a small fry, but that they would be sure to give wrap. They did not give wrap… instead, all the food had been sitting there for a while… the fries were soggy and slumped over. The tots were the only good thing in the whole order.
This is EIGHT VISITS where food was nasty, old, cold, missing from the order completely… we r a family of 6 ppl and our money has been wasted by the ppl that work at this sonic. You can tell whoever they have had in the kitchen NEEDS their eyes adjusted, their fryers checked and taught how to properly prepare food.

Pulled in to Greenfield Sonic and finally got to order. Waited about 20 min altogether. No food. We were told they were behind but it would be out in a few minutes. The line we were in was all still waiting. No one was getting food that we can see. No servers seen at all. There were 3 rows of bays and place was at least 2/3 full. We cut our losses and left. Placed online order for Milan Sonic as we were on the way and got our hot food in 7 minutes after order placed. No response needed.

This place is always on their toes! Y’all do an amazing job! Only thing I ask is being a door dasher, we have time limits to pick up an order, and get it delivered. We are just as important as the next order. Don’t make us wait like y’all have been doing!!!

Took 30 minutes to get a single bag of ice. Which turned out to be ice water I’m assuming it sat out of the freezer for the whole 30 minutes that it took them to walk it out to me and then it took 55 minutes to get 2 sonic cheeseburgers and 2 large drinks. Had I not already paid I would definitely not have waited. Not to mention the burgers were COLD and by cold I mean cold as if they had been refrigerated. I am not one to leave negative reviews or comments but come on people let’s get it together. This establishment seems to get worse with every visit in the past 6 months!

Twice in last month my order has been wrong this time my chicken sandwich tasted so nasty the ck was like rubber I took a bit an my teeth would not go through it I have never had a sandwich so BAD will not be back for cooked food , worst meal I know it’s hard to tell in pic but I could hardly cut through it

Atmosphere? I ate in my car. But… That’s ok. Eating in your vehicle is certainly preferable to the McDonald’s worker getting literally every part of your order wrong. And then having to tolerate that employee who starts getting an attitude with you because he (/she,/they) are too incompetent to deserve my business or receive my money. Thank Ey-Ah for Sonic

Well, they got my order wrong,(I wanted ketchup only), BUT they immediately brought out a new sandwich and a small slush on the house, which was totally cool of them. Sweet servers and fast service. And though they made a small mistake, they went above and beyond to make my experience a happy one. Great job, Sonic!!! My loyalty is yours forever!
