This location’s crew on 1/14/26 at around 4:30 pm skimped on the toppings for my $15 Supreme. More than half of the sausage & vegetables were missing so I should have only paid $6.76 for a ready-to-eat pepperoni because effectively that’s what I got. And I know why. It’s because, when ordering in store, I didn’t pre-tip when their POS prompted me. Service needs to meet standard with or without tip. You want gratuity? Prove excellence FIRST. THEN figure out a way to get a tip jar out front on the counter. And actually, had they done their job well this first time, I would have just given them the benefit of the doubt going forward and started pre-tipping with every subsequent visit. That’s not gonna happen now.
So, a word of advice: If you believe gratuity is earned and not something to coerce, block extra time at this location in case you need to send your pizza back so you get what you paid for. I was in a rush today so wasn’t able.

New management sucks. They refused to switch out the red sauce for 1 garlic butter sauce. I didn’t want the red sauce which cost $1.00 but instead asked for the garlic butter sauce which cost less than 70 cents. Every Little Caesars around Knoxville will switch out the sauce if you ask but not this one. Notice 2 full sauces were on the ground outside their door….now I know why. Ridiculous.

Ordered for the first time their pepperoni crazy puffs. Very tasty. 4 of them filled me up.
My DoorDash delivery driver Reuben did a great job. Was very prompt and courteous.
My only complaint is I ordered 1craxy pizza sauce and 1 butter garlic sauce. They did not arrive with my puffs otherwise than that great.

The order was 10 minutes late and somehow still cold. The stuffed crust pizza wasn’t stuffed and neither pizza was cut correctly. I’m kind of impressed at how bad this store is.

I placed my order online 5 hours before the intended pickup time and it was still 30 minutes late. The staff was incredibly rude no one acknowledged me for the first 5 minutes I was in the store. I ordered because the pizza was cheap that was a mistake. You definitely pay for what you get.

I go to this little Caesars because it’s the closest one to my house, but if I had a better option, I would 100% go elsewhere. They are always slow and almost never have anything ready. The same guy is usually working the front register, and he has no idea what is going on. He gives the wrong change frequently and doesn’t ring items up correctly.
I’m writing this while standing in their lobby, and they’re currently blasting rap music littered with profanity. I’m not a person who gets offended, but it seems like a bit much to be playing this kind of music in a place where people are bringing their families. The lobby is also disorganized and messy. They definitely don’t clean up front as often as they should.
The pizza still tastes fine. They just don’t get much else right.

I ordered a deep-dish pepperoni and a regular pepperoni pizza. This is what I received.i tried calling in and got hold music for 5 min and gave up. will never be back. I used to work at 1 and did better when I was making minimum wage this is just sad. Aside from the fact that they forgot to pepperoni on the pizza it looks like they missed half of the pizza with sauce and cheese
