I’ve never had any specific problems at this location until today. Food & drinks have always been pretty standard, quick friendly service. However, today I noticed after I drove off that there was hair in my loaded hashbrowns (one of my favorite new items). I understand things happen, but it was right on top and I feel it should have been noticed since I noticed as soon as I opened and it should have been discarded & remade. $4 down the drain. Waste of money. Just disappointed and will probably not buy anything besides coffee or regular hash brown. I’m leaving a 3 star to try to be fair to my other experiences with this location.

So I’m pretty gracious person, but if someone can’t even get both of my drink orders right which in turns overcharges me for my husband’s drink technically, makes me just a tad bit irritated. First, I was given an iced drink instead of the hot drink like I ordered. When I questioned him, that I didn’t order that and showed him what I did order, he took it back and began grumbling to his co-worker about it. Then I was given the right drink, gathered my things (said thank you) went home and as I was getting out of the car, I noticed my husband’s drink looked just like black coffee not the added things we had ordered. It turned out, I was right(only black coffee) which in turn means we were not only given the wrong drink again, but was overcharged on his drink order. $3.68 for a black coffee. I get places have their off days, but the one guys attitude was completely uncalled for, he had the drink receipt in front of him.

Really nice people. Also got a free donut. Never in any Dunkin’ Donuts have I been treated like this. Best place ever. Bad part is that I’m from ohio. Wish we had service like this back home.

Would give this horrible Dunkin location zero stars. I did a pick up order through the app at 11:48am, so they weren’t busy at this time, it wasn’t done until 12:06pm. There is absolutely no reason why a coffee and sandwich should take 18 minutes to make especially when there was only 2 other customers in the store and one was waiting for an order pick up as well. The coffee tasted disgusting, extremely bitter with no sugar in it when it was supposed to have 4 pumps of sugar. Overall, terrible, terrible location. They move way too slow. If u don’t like the job u have then get a new one…don’t make the customer wait almost 20 minutes for their food and drink.
