Damn, I used to love Panera when I went in my hometown. But Panera has been bought up by private equity and it shows.
Save $15 bucks and get a premade sandwich at a grocery store instead. Or if you want a better, local sandwich with quality ingredients, then go to snarf’s

This Panera has the standard menu for the chain. The spinach and bacon souffle was made to order and good. It’s better than when they used to make them ahead of time and keep them under a heat lamp because it is hot and fresh now. There was a small selection of pastries.
Service was fast and efficient. The space itself is broken up into four seating areas which is nice because it feels less crowded when it’s busy. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for guests. This one also has a drive through.
Parking close to the store is sufficient.

Worst Panera ever! I ordered for pickup I pull up to the drive through to see trash everywhere employees smoking outside. I wait at the speaker for 7 minutes before being told thanks for my patience what do I need I explain I ordered I pull up and continue to wait an additional 8 minutes although I have already been informed by email my order is ready still waiting patiently the teen boy opens and hands me the bag which I find later has no napkins or spoons so I ask for a baguette and he says well it’s not free and you will have to go all the way around! Wowsers! I’m not doing that twice no way no how! We get home and soup is cold and watered down and we got the wrong sandwich WILD no grown ups here folks !

Poor service. The soup portions are so small now they wouldn’t even be considered appropriately sized for children.
When I asked the manager if this was appropriate for an adult she told me “if you dont like it, do eat here anymore.”
So we wont!

When we arrived the food line was horribly long. After some time we finally got our order in. When our order was called the food crew was not focused . They gave us items that were not ours.This was annoying. Finally when we were exiting your restaurant my wife and I were walking out of the doors and my wife tripped and fell to the ground on one of the floor mats! Fyi- floor mats are for cold and wet weather only. Please remove your mats during dry weather. Unfortunately we will not return!

I went here for the first time coz of the SIP club membership. There was a peculiar smell in there I think its the carpet as it looks decades old. If not for a renovation, they could atleast make it look welcoming. The other locations r better than this one.

The only reason I continue to go to Panera is that there are no other fast food restaurants that sell decent soup. Decent, not great. The food is mid. They WILL give you the wrong order, so check it before you leave. Often out of menu items/ingredients as well. As soon as I find quick takeout soup elsewhere, I will no longer be a Panera customer.

The food here is tasty but overpriced if you ask me. The staff has always been pleasant. The store is always clean. I would eat here more often if it wasn’t so pricey. 5 stars!

The broccoli cheddar is surprisingly nice. I had it in a breadbowl and that made me quite happy. It seemed like the folks working were really working hard (maybe too hard, schedule one or two more people on Sundays for these guys!) and they were really friendly.
